About This OpportunityInComm Digital Solutions/InComm InCentives would like to add a Software Engineer III to our team. We're looking for innovative software development professionals who can work well within a highly collaborative, agile team to grow our DevOps initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to help drive delivery of our DevOps as a senior member of an established engineering team.The ideal developer for this position will have a wide breadth of experience in Systems, Networking, CI/CD, Azure, Containerization, Kubernetes, and background in the .NET environment. We are a modern Agile shop working on microservice-based architecture, REST API development in C#, SQL Server, with mature CI/CD and heavy test automation.
Responsibilities- Regularly working cross team to implement Devops and architectural initiatives.
- Working with Linux/Windows/Networking/Containers and Kubernetes orchestrations.
- Automation across our development teams including CI/CD and tooling.
- Working with our product organization to understand business requirements and objectives
- Contributing to overall system architecture strategy and design
- Leading by example and setting a high standard for code quality
- Performing code and design reviews
- Motivating an agile team and fostering collaboration and innovation across our development organization
- Experience with Windows/Linux and both Bash and PowerShell.
- Experience with Azure infrastructure
- Experience with Kubernetes and helm charts/yaml
- Experience with Networking technologies and infrastructure as code
- Experience working with CI/CD such as GitHub Actions(preferred)/Octo/Team City and contributing to deploy tooling.
- Experience in a major programming language (C# preferred)
- Experience correcting performance bottlenecks and scaling a platform in a growing busines
- Willingness to dive into any challenge with a positive attitude; be a go-to resource for team members who need hel
- Works well in both team and individual development environment
- Experience contributing to and iterating on Agile processes

- Experience with Reverse Proxies such as HaProxy
