Proven experience in writing and managing API documentation.

Experience working with external partners, developers, or customers in a technical support capacity (diagnosing, debugging, and fixing API issues).

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and other API-related technologies and best practices.

Familiarity with data concepts like SFTP, JSON, XML.
