Northrop Grumman Defense Services sector is currently seeking a Project Management position to join our growing team in Warner Robins, Georgia. In this position, the selected candidate will take an active role in systems sustainment protecting the men and women that fly our nation's aircraft in harm's way.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
- Work in multiple different areas of job duties
**Basic Qualifications:**
- Must have 2 years of related experience in logistics (or related field) with a Bachelors, 0-1 year with a master's, 4 years with associate's degree or appropriate Military Occupational Specialty in logistics (or related field). Will also consider 6 years with related experience with a HS Diploma/GED.
- Must have an in-depth understanding of scheduling multiple assets and timelines
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to solve real world complex scheduling problems
- Must have the understanding of how to operate Microsoft Office software and associated Windows applications
- Must have an interim or active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance, or an inactive clearance (last active within the past 2 years)
- Must be able to work any shift
- Must be able to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelors Degree in related field
-Experience with S4, 1ERP, Plant Maintenance, Service Now
- Experience with scheduling multiple items and quickly adapting to rapid changes
- Experience working solo: self-prioritizing and tasking, consistent cadence
- Experience working within teams: projects, meeting schedules, and goals
- Experience working with customers: meetings, presentations, and tours

Primary Level Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $95,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is seeking a **Project Manager** to join the **Global Supply Chain (GSC) Process Control & Audit** Team. This is an onsite/Hybrid position that will be based out of **Linthicum- Maryland.**
**What you will get to do:**
+ Transform and drive process control rigor to enable sustainable, profitable growth and consistently meet customer and company commitments
+ Build long-term program excellence capability and culture through the GSC Councils
+ Support various GSC audits, both internal and external
+ Proactively leverage tools, processes, knowledge, and skill building enabling results driven decision making

+ Operate as independent oversight with implementation authority and process accountability

Responsibilities
Objectives of this Role:
- Provide guidance, Lead/co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives, and plan resource requirements for projects across the department.
- Assure projects are completed with approved scope, budget, schedule, and alignment with the master plan.
- Effectively interact with leadership and partner with Operations to establish priorities and define requirements for portfolio of projects within the assigned area.
- Ensure our capital investments use the best technology, have the best outcomes for our business, and align with contemporary standards.
- Serve as subject matter expert for one or more processing areas.
- Interface with engineering team to ensure project compliance with applicable client standards, follow all best practices and comply with client quality standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BS degree in Engineering or related discipline from fully accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical experience.
- Experience in transferring products from one plant to another.
- Good working knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and facility/equipment validation requirements.
- Identify and research potential clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations.
- User level computer knowledge for completing documentation and email.
