Required Qualifications

Educational requirement: Graduate/Post-Graduate: Power Systems Engineer and/or Computer Science Engineer

Extensive experience with ADMS (s3 or s6), (3-5+ years), including a deep understanding of electrical distribution operations, automation, and controls systems.

Understanding/background in programming and databases (Oracle/SQL).

In-depth knowledge of GridOS technologies and product experience with K8, Kafka, Linux, etc.

- Manage a team of independent contractors that provide both onsite and online training sessions on Dentrix and Easy Dental and Dentrix Ascend for Solo/Small Group practices
- Work with other team members to add new trainers in specific areas
- Present certification seminar in conjunction with fellow STMs
- Mentor new trainers for the Dentrix, Easy Dental and Dentrix Ascend certification program
- Work with other HSI teams to resolve customers issues related to training and implementations
- Collaborate with other teams on projects to improve customer satisfaction
- Lead planning sessions on the topics and presenters for annual T3 conference
- Evaluate and present updated curriculum for each new software release
- Develop programs to assist both new and seasoned trainers improve their skill set
- Maintain certification status on software and provide training sessions to escalated customers as needed
- Compile training hour reports
- Review and approve trainer expense reports following training department guidelines
- Evaluate data related to training hours purchased, delivered
Must have:
- Typically 3 to 5 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.

The posted range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a 7.5% bonus not reflected in the posted range.

The IT Coordinator is responsible for supporting IT administrative areas, and daily IT operations. The Senior Manager / Director of IT Training is responsible for developing and executing the organizations technology training strategy, ensuring successful adoption of enterprise applications across clinical, operational, and administrative teams. The position works closely with Application Teams to understand system build and configuration, validates training content with IT, and partners with Operational Leadership to determine the right delivery methods, cadence, and timing. Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and own the IT training strategy for all enterprise technology platforms, including EHR, eMAR, CRM, ERP, HCM, and Symplr
Quality/Compliance tools.
- Align IT training initiatives with the enterprise training strategy led by the VP of Training, leveraging existing training resources and tools.
