Entry Level Solar Installer shifts are Monday - Friday, with limited night/weekend/on-call work.

For our Entry Level Solar Installers we offer full benefits, including paid time off, and competitive pay.

Location & Travel: This position is based Pittsburgh, PA and travel is required to job sites.
What You'll Do:
  • Install solar panels, inverters, and racking systems on residential and commercial properties.
  • Ensure the quality and safety of all installations.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
  • Follow industry best practices and company guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Job Summary**
This job provides support to the Solar Panel Installation team as an installation and electrical helper. It involves working at heights, handling various tools and equipment, and ensuring that all installations meet safety standards and customer specifications. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Assisting electricians and installers during solar installations
+ Carrying out tasks such as bending conduit, stripping and terminating wire, and maintaining an organized job site
+ Assisting in the installation of solar panel systems, including mounting panels and racking, and wiring
+ Using hand and power tools to install racking
+ Servicing the solar system as needed
+ Laying out and installing conduit, disconnecting switches and junction boxes correctly
+ Performing jobs from high places (i.e. on roofs) including climbing ladders with proper equipment and materials
+ Adhering to all quality and safety codes
+ Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

**Salary:**
Base Pay: $20.00
