• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the solar industry, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• NABCEP certification is highly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of solar PV system design, installation, and commissioning.
• Proficiency with electrical wiring, conduit bending, and safety equipment.
• Strong understanding of NEC codes and local permitting processes.
• Proven project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech. 

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
