**Shift: 1st shift**
**What's the Job?**
+ Build final product to print by placing wiring, wiring harnesses, circuit cards, and hardware components within a chassis
+ Operate various machines and hand tools to assemble electronic components
+ Read and interpret schematics, CAD drawings, or blueprints accurately
+ Ensure high attention to detail during assembly processes
+ Maintain quality standards and safety protocols throughout production
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Previous soldering experience preferred
+ Ability to obtain and maintain basic certifications in IPC610 and JStandard001 procedures
+ Ability to read schematics, blueprints, or CAD drawings
+ Fine motor skills, dexterity, and good eyesight

+ Read work orders and follow production documentation and sample assemblies.
+ Receive verbal instructions regarding duties.
+ Perform tasks such as labeling, wire cutting, stuffing, crimping, bagging, tagging, soldering, potting, IDC, SCSI, heat shrinking, PC board soldering, back-shelling, harnessing, harness board construction, box builds, and kitting.
+ Create wire lists and perform pin extraction.
+ Assist in the Quality Management System (QMS) and commit to continuous improvement.
**Essential Skills**
+ Soldering, assembly, and labeling expertise.
+ Proficiency in wire cutting, crimping, and harness assembly.
+ Knowledge of IPC 610/620 standards.
+ J-STD-001 Certification (can be expired).
