Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.   • Oversight of Operations support and vendor support in the implementation of new releases, upgrades, Patches, or enhancements. Provide leadership to the support teams (Entergy & Partner) and prioritize the work for the team.

  • Execute the Release & Deployment Management processes. About the Role:

The Senior Regional Solutions Architect (SRSA) will be the consultative technology leader aligned with a solutions-focused capability who creates strong client intimacy with their technical expertise. The SRSA will provide education and thought leadership while translating client business requirements into implementable technology solutions. With the goal of driving both product and services revenue (NRR, MRR/ARR), this role will focus on the creation and implementation of the solutions architecture by delivering presentations and demos, writing proposals and documenting deliverables for DVS as well as supporting POC/POV's and billable or non-billable workshops. The cornerstone of this role will also focus on building deep client relationships, gaining trust and enabling client success.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with GM and sales leadership to develop and execute a regional engineering strategy in alignment with the Trace3's overall vision and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize engineering operations, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing architectural engineering team. This includes the recruitment, training, and ongoing performance evaluation.
  • Work with the regional engineering and sales teams to bring new, regionally relevant offerings to market
  • Ensure our regional relevance with select partners through engineering excellence
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of regional engineering projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Drive technological innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering function, promoting the adoption of best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Develop and manage the regional engineering budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.
  • Collaborate with regional senior management, other regional engineering leaders, CTO Business Unit leaders, and the Operational Leadership Team to align engineering efforts with business goals and address key issues.
  • Ensure that all engineering activities comply with Trace3's engineering standards and guidelines.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of engineering engagements and operations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with engineering projects and operations to minimize impact on the business.
Qualifications & Interests:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5-7 years in a senior management or leadership role
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working in direct sales engineering, or in a sales engineering adjacent environment - a VAR, an OEM, an MSSP, etc.
  • Proven track record of transformational change within an engineering organization
  • Passion on a cellular level for technology and driving clint-facing change.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale and complex engineering projects
  • Experience in managing and developing engineering teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Strong financial and business acumen with understanding of a multi-faceted business operation
