+ Be called to repair circuits/assemblies at Pirates of the Caribbean;
+ Troubleshoot high-efficiency laser lighting systems for one of the Main Street parades;

+ Perform preventive maintenance on the rides in Pixar Pier;
+ Repair and maintain electrical/electronic systems/assemblies on It's A Small World;
+ Replace/install lamps and switches to keep the parks light and bright;

+ Work on animations like the Yeti on the Matterhorn, on R2D2, and on the Little Mermaid;

**Basic Qualifications :**

+ Technical competence, the ability to read and understand detailed instructions, blueprints, flowcharts, schematics and engineering documents, and pass all compliance necessary for technical and safety training
+ Knowledge of control and repair of circuits and motor
+ Sharp troubleshooting skills and comfort working alone or as part of a team
+ Ability to evaluate the scope of a job, determine needed parts/materials, and order through authorized vendors
+ Expertise using common hand tools, meters, gauges and other associated test and measurement equipment, as well as ability to measure current, voltage and amperage

+ Stamina and the physical ability to undertake the job. You might walk, bicycle, bend, kneel, climb, push vehicles to re-position them for repair, work with arms/hands above shoulder level for an extended period of time, climb (sometimes as high as 200 ft.) and more, all on a regular basis
+ Ability to use 2-way radios, learn CMMS (MAXIMO work order system), and attend/pass compliance and other training sessions to ensure correct maintenance documentation
+ Electronic Technicians may work outdoors in all weather conditions, in an industrial workshop, in kitchens with wet/slippery surfaces, and may have occasional exposure to high temperatures, noise levels and fumes
+ In addition to the physical tasks listed above, Electronic Technicians may need to push/pull and/or lift up to 10 lbs. constantly, up to 25 lbs. frequently, up to 75 lbs. occasionally, and rarely up to/over 100 lbs.

Job Summary

Job Description
This Audio-Visual Technician position is a higher-level field leadership position designed for technicians to support small and large/ complex jobs under the supervision of the assigned manager of the project. You must be able to properly plan and delegate duties to the assigned onsite technicians to keep the installation within the time standards set for job completion.
Starts with participation in kick-off and close out meetings, daily dissemination of workload objectives, and reporting of daily status to the manager assigned to the project.
Coordinating with contractors and other trades occupying the same workspace, and the management of daily/weekly safety inspections and final project documentation is also required.
Must be able to manage and be accountable for the material.
As the onsite lead you must manage that material from the time it is distributed to the job site and installed, to the time that the excess materials are returned and processed back into the warehouse.
The onsite lead is responsible for the oversight and quality of all work being conducted onsite to identify and correct any poorly conducted installation.
Be able to conduct onsite training with technicians who are exhibiting poor installation practices, and assisting the manager assigned to the project in moving the project along.

Job Summary
Summary: Ensures that all audio visual requirements requested by clients are met and will be able to interface various types of audio visual, communication, and presentation technology. + Assists with conference room set-ups, break downs and any other areas where assistance is needed.
+ Keeps the A/V storerooms organized and well managed.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of one year of experience supporting audio visual for events.
+ Proficient computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
