POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the District Sales Operations Manager (DSOM), you'll own the people, sales and training for a District of T-Mobile Preferred Retail locations leading a team of high-quality hands-on district sales professionals. The successful DSOM will consistently deliver sales results that meet all required sales metrics; will ensure that all stores deliver an exceptional customer experience; and ensures that all stores are fully staffed and fully trained with high quality sales professionals.
The DSOM will cultivate working relationships with Retail Store Managers and Sales Representatives, as well as all other internal and external partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales, customer service, and operational performance expectations in each location.
- Conducts required store visits per location, including visits in the evening and on weekends.
- Conducts monthly 1 on 1s with Retail Store Managers and Retail Assistant Managers (RAM) to review store performance and create action plans for improvement.
- Conducts regular conference calls, trainings, and meetings to foster knowledge and best practice sharing.
- Works closely with store management to source, interview, and onboard new hires to ensure stores are fully staffed.
- Conducts a monthly New Hire Sales Training that effectively delivers the defined United Wireless Sales Behaviors.
- Manages the internal delivery of training programs and support materials, ensuring that training programs address business objectives and employee needs.
- Ensures all store personnel are trained on and are following all policies and procedures.
- Assess and advise management on the effectiveness of programs and practices.
- Maintains and consistently communicates store performance metrics recognizing top performers.
- Communicates professionally and timely, with urgency and passion, with customers, employees, leaders, support center team, vendors and co-workers via phone, chat, or email.
- Upholds and partners with HR to enforce all Company and T-Mobile policies and procedures.
- Ability to structure and prioritize tasks for yourself and others to ensure all aspects of sales and training initiatives are achieved timely and accurately.
- Collaborates with internal and external partners to plan and execute local events and promotions consistent with United Wireless and T-Mobile marketing initiatives and branding.
- Resolves customer issues.
- Proactively reviews sales reporting to identify sales potentials and or sales gaps and takes appropriate action.
- Maintains a positive working relationship with co-workers, vendors and partners.
- Works nights and weekends.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent minimum. College degree preferred.
- 2+ years wireless multi-unit store experience preferred where the focus has been on sales generation as well as sales training. T-Mobile experience preferred.
- Must have Open Availability / No Schedule Restrictions.
- Must have the Ability to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
- General knowledge of all aspects of store operations.
- Demonstrated successful in the selection, development and promotion of Sales Consultants, Retail Assistant Managers and Retail Store Managers.
- Demonstrated success directing training and development activities of a sales team.
- Demonstrated success in staffing stores with high quality, high potential candidates.
- Experience utilizing a behavioral based selection processes for store level staffing.
- Demonstrated success managing store-based marketing initiatives.
- Experience with consistent delivery of store sales promotions.
- Effective Oral & Written Communication Skills.
- Strong knowledge of common business applications (Web browsers, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.).
- Demonstrated high ethical and moral behavior, unquestionable integrity and character.
- Ability to travel as needed up to 50%

Role Overview:
The Site Coordinator leads and manages after-school program operations at assigned sites. The Site Coordinator leads and manages after-school program operations at assigned sites. This position is responsible for planning and implementing enriching activities, recruiting participants, coordinating schedules, and supervising part-time staff and volunteers. The Site Coordinator ensures adherence to Woodcraft Rangers policies, funding and partner requirements, and health guidelines to maintain a safe, nurturing environment. They collaborate closely with school personnel, parents, and community partners to support program success and youth development.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations ensuring safety, including physical distancing, PPE usage, wellness screenings, and maintaining clean environments.
- Supervise and support part-time site staff, club leaders, students, and volunteers with coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Implement and ensure the success of all enrichment programs and projects at the site.
- Meet all deadlines and compliance requirements set by Woodcraft Rangers, funders, partners, and districts.
- Organize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to meet key deadlines and stakeholder needs.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and activities with school administration, parents, and community organizations to promote program awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and support organizational goals.
- Attend departmental meetings and professional development trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum two years of experience coordinating programs in expanded learning or youth recreational settings.
- At least two years supervisory experience.
- Experience working with youth across diverse age groups and backgrounds.
- AA Degree or at least 9 units in Child Development preferred; working towards BA in social work, education, recreation, or related field a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience working with ethnically and culturally diverse communities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook.
- Valid LIVE Scan, TB Clearance, and CPR Certification required.
