Pavilion Resort Management on the Boardwalk

pavilion Resort Management is hiring a night auditor at 18.25 - 18.75 per hour. To be part of our team, you should enjoy providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience. Applicants must be flexible to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Duties consist of, but are not limited to:
- Compile daily stat reports -follow proper audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions
- Identify the cause of out-of-balance reports and revenue expenses and correct them promptly.
- Produce other internal reports requested by management
- Checking guests in and out
- Answering incoming calls assisting callers with reservations needs and in-house guest needs
- Posting room deposits
- Working with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are clean and up to standards before guest check-in and during guest stay
- Responsible for cash drawer and daily deposit of cash drawer
- Other duties as assigned by management

The Assistant Spa Director is responsible for short- and long-term strategic planning of the Spa facility to include marketing, promotional, administrative, safety, associate and financial responsibilities. This means developing marketing strategies and identifying new markets, working with Public Relations in all aspects of spa promotions and media, and keeping abreast of the competitor's offerings, promotions and techniques. Financial responsibilities encompass fiscal budgeting and analysis and capital improvement identification and budget preparation. Under the direction of the Spa Director oversees and monitors all facets of the spa operation and is responsible for the staffing, scheduling, programming and management of massage, skin care, body and bath treatment, salon, locker rooms and retail sales. The Spa Assistant Director will also be responsible in ensuring guest satisfaction in hopes that every guest feels all their needs are anticipated, and they have created a relationship with the spa - not just a visit.
**Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Stays updated and assists in coordinating and training the staff according to the latest developments.
+ Oversees and maintains cleanliness and neatness of the facility.
+ Assists with marketing and public relations to help create and present a marketable facility.
+ Encourages retail product sales through demos, outside vendors, and staff commission reports.
+ Assists in developing and implements new services with protocols, SOP's and training.
+ Sets a standard of excellence in customer service within the Spa and maintains consistency of standards throughout.
+ Interviews, hires, trains, and evaluates supervisor and key staff for each department of operations: massage, salon, skin care and spa. Supports personnel including locker room attendants and receptionists.
+ Maintains accurate department payroll including upsells and commissions.

· College degree in Spa Management and/or Hospitality/Tourism Management preferred.
· Minimum 1 year experience in managing Spa at luxury hotel.
· Possess business and financial skills to develop and analyze budgets, management and financial reports, cost analysis, etc.
· Ability to train, supervise and motivate the team.
· Proven track record increasing sales and profitability, elevating guest service, and improving colleague retention/engagement.
· Open availability including holidays and weekends.
· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent presentation with a passion for excellence.
