**Essential Functions and Responsibilities:**
+ Manage day-to-day activities associated with filling hourly food service associate vacancies to satisfy open position requirements for current business.
+ Full-cycle recruitment support provided from posting of open positions to onboarding new hires.
+ Monitors completion of pre-employment criteria for new hires in applicant tracking system, to include but not limited to medical and background check reports.
+ Assists in planning and participates in internal and external Job Fairs, Hiring Events.
+ Processes change orders in system to include but not limited to entering new hires, change requests, terminations, promotions and/or transfers as needed.
+ Assembles and maintains employee personnel files for the system; prepares and distributes hourly new hire packets or other materials.
+ Effective oral and written communication skills required; must be comfortable with speaking with persons at all levels and making oral presentations.
+ Manages confidential and sensitive information in trustworthy manner.
+ Tracks candidates in hiring process and completes daily, weekly or monthly reporting as required.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Computer skills including intermediate level proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus).
+ Excellent organizational, communication and relationship management skills.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Source candidates on job boards and via social networking sites
- Assisting in building out internal candidate database
- Maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and conduct interviews
- Recruiting system data management, including data checking, updating, filing, etc.
- Help progress key recruiting initiatives like campus recruiting, new-hire onboarding, manager training, etc.
- Schedule training for hiring managers on hiring process and tools.
- Monitor and analyze effectiveness of key sourcing tools while providing reports on sourcing activity and results.
- Track and report staffing and recruiting data/metrics including but not limited to contract headcount, EEO statistics, time to fill and cost per hire.

- Experience with ATS systems; experience with candidate management systems
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Driven, hardworking, and able to take direction and multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and effectively present to corporate leadership.

Supervisory Role

- Visit and present both virtually and in person at high schools and agencies for the purpose of recruiting students. Assist the Enrollment Management Area with creating, coordinating, and maintaining admission information and materials.
- Develop and foster relationships with students and families through on campus and virtual recruiting activities and events.
- Attend college fairs on and off campus and virtually, and other recruiting functions, conduct campus tours, participate in recruitment events.
- Support students through admission and enrollment processes.
- Coordinate and plan in person and virtual information sessions and special events for prospective students.
- Work closely with faculty, advising, and student services staff to communicate information about college programs, admission requirements, financial assistance, and other essential information.
- Prepare reports, statistical analyses and other data related to Admissions.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the philosophy and mission of a comprehensive community college.
- Maintains Banner, Recruit, and databases relevant to the prospective student follow up process.
- Adhere to college, federal and state administrative procedures, guidelines, initiatives and directives to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of staff and student records.
- Prepare routine, special, and ancillary reports as required.
- Performs other related duties as required.

- Experience in higher education, preferably in student services for a higher education institution.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated professionalism required.
- Strong organizational and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience (number of years), Knowledge and/or Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in related area.
- Three - five years of experience in higher education, preferably in student services for a higher education institution at the community college level.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects and to manage competing priorities in a complex setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of computerized record management and maintenance systems, preferably the Banner system.
