As a Staffing Recruiter, you are the face of our company. You'll manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from finding and attracting candidates to making the final placement. This isn't a desk-only job; you'll spend significant time meeting candidates and clients in person, understanding their needs and acting as a true talent matchmaker.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Meet candidates in person. Conduct thorough, in-person interviews to gain a deep understanding of candidates' skills, personalities and career goals.
+ Build lasting relationships. Actively network and build rapport with candidates and clients. A great recruiter for us is someone people are excited to hear from and meet.
+ Maintain meticulous records. With strong attention to detail, you will manage candidate information, track interview processes and ensure all application materials are accurate and compliant within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
+ Act as a company ambassador. Represent our brand with professionalism and warmth at job fairs, networking events and client meetings.
+ Develop effective recruiting strategies. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and design targeted plans to find the right talent.
+ Follow up consistently. Ensure a positive and reliable experience for both candidates and clients by following up promptly and providing clear communication.

+ Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
+ Functions as a strategic business partner with hiring managers to meet and exceed expectations throughout the hiring process.
+ Ensure regulatory as well as client specific compliance including OFCCP, DOL, and DCAA.
+ Assists with employment advertising campaigns and programs.
+ Assists with recruitment planning including staffing metrics and applicant tracking.

**Requirements:**
+ Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum of 5-7 years of technical recruiting experience including Civil Base Engineering, IT, and Cybersecurity talent.
+ Experience within the Federal contracting industry.
+ Experience recruiting for a federal government contractor and cleared candidates.
+ Experience recruiting in the Defense/DOD industry.
+ Prior experience supporting proposals including key personnel and supporting contract transitions.
+ Must be self driven and able to think big picture and strategically.
+ Ability to lead recruiting strategy, utilize, metrics, and drive recruitment marketing plans.
+ Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of using staffing tools such as applicant tracking systems, HRIS, electronic job boards and social media. Strong internet mining and sourcing experience with ability to build talent pipelines.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws.
+ Strong teamwork as well as the ability to work independently. Self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
