As a Staffing Recruiter, you are the face of our company. You'll manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from finding and attracting candidates to making the final placement. This role demands a strategic approach to talent acquisition, encompassing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, understand their specific technical requirements, and develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates. Expertise in leveraging various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search techniques, and niche job boards, is paramount. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of software engineering roles, including but not limited to, full-stack development, cloud computing, AI/ML, and cybersecurity. You will be expected to provide market intelligence, candidate insights, and consultative advice to clients throughout the hiring process.
