The Subject Matter Expert analyzes and presents project status, deliberate transformation objectives and long-range plans, and program accomplishments in relation to program objectives, budgetary constraints, schedules, technical requirements, and risk for the Army Futures Command (AFC) All-Domain Sensing (ADS) Cross-Functional Team (CFT).

- Model, develop, simulate, and analyze launch vehicle, spacecraft, and lander control system performance and stability including during touchdown.
- Interface with HLS partners to seek understanding of their design/test data and potentially participate in partners' tests.
- Periodically analyze HLS partner' flight data and present findings to NASA management.
- Mentor junior engineers in conducting control system modeling, simulation, and analysis.
- Resolve complex problems pertaining to the design, development, analysis, integration, evaluation, testing, and verification of control systems and 6-DoF models and simulations.
- Develop, modify, maintain, and improve software simulations, tools, and scripts.
- Configure, conduct, and analyze 6-DoF Monte Carlo simulations.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field is required. Degree from an ABET-accredited university is preferred. Typically, educational requirements are the equivalent of a Ph.D., with a minimum 14 years of experience, Masters with at least 18 years of experience, or BS with at least 20 years of experience.
- Design and development of flight control systems (PID, state space, etc.) and actuator allocation (manual jet selection, quadratic programming, pseudo inverse, etc.) including TVC and RCS/Phase plane.
- Analyzing system performance in the time and frequency domain (Nichols, Bode, Nyquist, Root Locus, etc.) using parametric, Monte Carlo, and statistical techniques.
- Proficiency modeling, simulating, and analyzing the performance of launch vehicles, spacecraft, and landers.
- Modeling of one or more spacecraft components/subsystems including Thrust Vector Control (TVC) actuators, Reaction Control System (RCS) thrusters, slosh, pogo, rigid and/or flexible body dynamics, and/or sensors.
- Ability to derive multi-body spacecraft dynamics equations of motion, including both nonlinear equations and linear state equations and integrate subsystem models into larger simulations.
- Programming in MATLAB, Simulink, Simscape, and C/C++.
- Experience performing software development, verification, and validation.
- Experience performing trade studies, sensitivity, and/or Monte Carlo simulation and analyses related to the control of launch vehicles and/or spacecraft.
- Must be detail oriented and self-motivated that can work independently taking projects from start to finish without much oversight.
- Must also be able to work collaboratively with other team members both locally and remote at other facilities or vendors.
- Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.

- Programming in other languages such as Python.
- Familiarity with and an understanding of trajectory and orbital dynamics.

**The Technical Product Specialist - Product Master Data Management will focus on executing the short- and long-term vision for Antech's product master data management systems. The Technical Product Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing newly implemented product master data management systems, capturing requirements, and aligning them with product delivery plans.** **The Technical Product Specialist role will be accountable for maintaining precise, detailed, and timely project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget, on-target delivery of new products, features, and enhancements.**
**The Technical Product Specialist will be a skilled and detail-oriented Stibo MDM Specialist to support the ongoing maintenance, configuration, and optimization of our Stibo STEP Master Data Management (MDM) platform. This role acts as a key link between business users and IT, ensuring high-quality data governance and effective operation of the MDM system to support key business functions such as product management, supply chain, and e-commerce.** **The Technical Product Specialist will be a core role within the Commercial Operations and Customer Insights team and report to the Technical Product Manager.**
**This is a Hybrid role, where the ideal candidate will be located near either of our New York City, Fountain Valley, CA or Loveland, CO Hubs. The Target Pay Range for this position can be between $70K - $88K annually. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
**System Maintenance & Configuration**
**Maintain and configure the Stibo STEP platform, including workflows, attributes, validations, and approval processes.**

**Support larger MDM-related initiatives, such as taxonomy redesign, product onboarding automation, or system integrations.**
**Participate in testing of new functionality, upgrades, or data migrations.**

**Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, data flows, and operational processes.**
**Assist in creating user guides or delivering training for new users or functionality rollouts.**
**Support & Collaboration**
**Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Stibo platform, assisting internal teams with day-to-day issues and questions.**
**Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new features or data domains.**
**Partner with IT teams to support system updates, integration efforts, and enhancements.**
**Data Quality & Governance**
**Ensure master data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across business domains.**
**Support data stewardship activities including hierarchy management, enrichment workflows, and duplicate resolution.**
**Enforce data governance policies and participate in audits or data quality assessments.**
**Education** **and** **Experience**
**Bachelor's Degree in STEM, marketing, business, communications, analytical fields, or similar experience**
**International experience or exposure preferred but not required**
**2+ years working in data management, MDM, or similar marketing/commercialization role, ideally in the veterinary industry/animal health industry (vendors, manufacturers, diagnostics, large clinics) or other area of biotechnology.**
