Work you'll do:
As a UKG Pro WFM Technical Specialist, you should expect to be involved in the following:
+ Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to understand business objectives and translate those goals into technical specifications that ensure scalability, performance, and security.
+ Build technical designs for software applications that incorporate architecture patterns, frameworks, data models, application components, and system integrations.
+ Define the architecture strategy and development roadmap to align with the organization's business goals and technology strategy.
+ Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools for application development that may or may not be part of the UKG ecosystem.
+ Recommend technologies and tools that align with the application's requirements, based on factors such as performance, scalability, and maintainability.
+ Integrate applications to run smoothly with backend tools, such as cloud storage or application program interfaces (APIs).
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
+ 6+ years of experience actively working with HR and WFM functions and processes, demonstrating strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
+ 6 years of experience with UKG Technical Architecture, and familiarity with the Boomi integration layer and UKG's net-new platform technologies (LLM, FLEX, Bryte).
+ 6+ years of experience working with Global Fortune 500 firms.
+ 6+ years of experience leading technical teams in the full lifecycle of a WFM project or workstream including Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing
+ 6+ years of experience in leading requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings.
+ Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Qualifications:
+ 6+ years of external Consulting Experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 130,800 to 241,000.

+ Provide sales, marketing, and transaction support
+ Control and manage the pipeline of active transactions and see them to close
+ Manage standardized & customized post-closing processes
+ Manage due diligence and marketing process with clients for investment sales and leasing projects
+ Prepare monthly & weekly reports for clients including current status of deals, marketing efforts for available properties, companies currently targeting, etc

+ Attend strategy sessions with fee-earner and other departments as necessary

Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated 3D Geospatial Specialist to join our Digital Delivery team, with a focus on enabling early-phase masterplanning through advanced geospatial tools and workflows. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about digital transformation in the built environment.
You'll be responsible for setting up and managing geospatial platforms such as Autodesk Forma, ArcGIS, CityEngine, Civil 3D, Revit, Esri and other relevant software to support early-stage planning and analysis. Your work will lay the digital foundation for masterplanning efforts, which will later be transitioned to our detailed design teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure and manage geospatial tools for early masterplanning workflows
* Develop and maintain 3D GIS models to support spatial analysis and scenario planning
* Extract, clean, and visualize geospatial data from multiple sources
* Collaborate with planning and design teams to integrate geospatial insights into project strategies
* Lead digital execution during early project phases and ensure smooth handoff to downstream teams
* Document workflows and provide training/support to team members as needed
* Manage and maintain shared coordinates in the Revit Ecosystem based on Civil 3D design models
* Proven experience with ArcGIS, CityEngine, Civil 3D, Autodesk Forma, Esri and/or other geospatial or BIM tools
* Strong background in 3D GIS modeling, spatial analysis, and data extraction
* Familiarity with urban planning, infrastructure, or early design workflows
* Ability to work independently and proactively identify digital opportunities
* Excellent communication, leadership and documentation skills
Ideally, you'll have
* Experience with scripting (Python, Dynamo), cloud platforms, or interoperability between GIS and BIM
