Maximus is currently hiring for a Sr Medical Services Recruiter to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This is a remote opportunity. The Sr Medical Services Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire provider/DX facility recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers, and compliance. The Sr Medical Services Recruiter would also be tasked with utilizing various sourcing methodologies to identify potential providers/facilities, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and conferences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire provider/DX facility recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers, and compliance.
- Utilize various sourcing methodologies to identify potential providers/facilities, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and conferences.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of all required documents to the credentialing team, adhering to company compliance policies.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on provider recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Ensure all hiring decisions comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement innovative provider/DX facility recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with operational leaders to address workforce and provider recruitment challenges.
- Assist with training new provider/DX facility recruiters and cross-training of existing lower level recruiters.
- Please note upon hire, Veteran Evaluation Services (VES), a Maximus Co. will provide all necessary computer equipment that is to be utilized to fulfil the duties of your role. New hires will not be exempt from using company provided equipment.

The Consultative Pharmacy Technician certified Pharmacy Technician who acts as an intake for all calls from patients, pharmacies and providers. The Consultative Pharmacy Technician performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.

**Hospital Valet Drivers - OSU Wexner Medical Center, Main Campus**
**Starting pay $14.00 - $7.50 PLUS tips, PLUS bonuses**
**No experience needed**
**Shifts available: Weekdays mid shift and 2nd shift**
**Compensation:** Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is 14.00 - 17.50 per hour plus 5 - 9 per hour in tips and per-vehicle bonuses.
**Work Schedule:** The potential work schedule for this position is weekdays midday and evening shifts.

**SUMMARY**
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage (where applicable) during arrival and departure.

Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously. Assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed. Opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests. - 20%
Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries. Provides guests with information about outlets, meeting rooms and/or amenities of the facility as well as main attractions in the area. Delivers messages, items and/or guest amenities as requested. Shuttles guests to appropriate places that are approved by the location. - 10%
Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival. Issues claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys and collects claim checks from all guests prior to issuing keys. Consistently completes and maintains all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, location of vehicle, damage survey and claim check receipt from all vehicles taken into the valet system. Consistently completes location on all key tags after parking vehicle. Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed. - 35%

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education:**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
**Required Licensure, Certification, etc.:**
+ A valid driver's license and clean driving record
+ Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen
**Work Experience:**
+ One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
**Knowledge:**
+ Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
**Skills:**
+ Ability to read and write standard English language
