As a Talent Acquisition Intern in the 2026 Hussmann Summer Internship Program, you will gain experience and insight into the life of a Talent Acquisition professional and will be part of a team?that?strives to hire and develop the best candidates to join our organization?You will support the TA team in executing high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for a variety of US technical and professional positions.
Responsibilities

Assist with sourcing candidates including direct sourcing, database mining, cold-calling, networking with online communities, industry associations and social marketing.

Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidates against defined job criteria, and recommend candidates based upon skills and experience.

Schedule interviews, gather interview feedback, and conduct interview process audits to ensure compliance.

Assist with developing and tracking Technician employer branding efforts.

Deliver recruitment process excellence by following internal policies and procedures.

Network with senior leaders, associates, and other program interns to learn about our organization.

Tour Hussmann's 1.6 million square foot manufacturing facility, our Global Hub, and the R&D Lab.

Participate in community stewardship outreach and offsite events.

Compete in the annual Ideation & Innovation Challenge.
Ideation & Innovation Challenge: Throughout the twelve-week program, Hussmann interns will compete with a team of fellow interns in the Hussmann Ideation & Innovation Challenge. After being divided into cross-functional groups, interns will work to find a solution to the provided problem statement. They will then present the solution to a panel of judges, executive leaders, and the organization to compete in the IIC competition.

Position Summary
The GoJet Airlines' Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by ensuring an efficient, professional, and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. Key Responsibilities:
