Position Summary
EBI Consulting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Human Resources team. The Talent Acquisition Associate serves as a trusted talent advisor to all levels of the company and helps guide talent initiatives that support company growth. This role plays a critical part in attracting and securing top talent by developing innovative sourcing strategies and building strong industry relationships. By collaborating closely with hiring managers and leveraging online platforms, the Talent Acquisition Associate ensures that candidate selections align with role requirements and organizational needs. The role enhances the hiring process through effective screening, clear communication, and streamlined coordination between candidates and hiring teams. By representing the organization at career fairs and supporting HR initiatives, this position strengthens the employer brand, improves recruitment efficiency, and helps the organization build a high-performing, engaged workforce.
This is a full-time, salaried position, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. This position is designated as a primarily in-office position reporting into our Burlington, MA corporate headquarters. As such, candidates must already be established in this area and comfortable with an in-office environment to be considered.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build innovative and effective sourcing strategies to quickly identify top talent and foster industry relationships
- Communicate frequently with hiring managers to better understand specific candidate requirements
- Utilize online recruiting resources such as LinkedIn and EBI's Career page to evaluate resumes and applications
- Conduct initial phone screens with prospective candidates and provide substantive submittal notes
- Act as liaison between hiring managers and candidates to best facilitate interview process
- Represent EBI at college and professional career fairs, both virtual and in person (local to Boston, MA)
- Assist with other Human Resources-related projects as needed
Qualifications and Capabilities
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Marketing, Psychology or other related degree required
- 0-2 years' experience in a Recruiting, Inside Sales, Human Resources or Administrative setting required
- Passionate about recruiting top talent to support organizational goals and growth, with a "people first" mentality
- Ability to pivot between projects while maintaining professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms, as well as an applicant tracking systems (ATS), strongly preferred
- Interest in environmental consulting/ real estate would be beneficial but not required

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Depending on the focus of the position, must have either 2 - 3 years of recruitment technology or recruitment marketing experience.
