**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Act as team or project lead and support for TA Leadership team.
+ Advise senior leadership on strategy, market trends and best practices with supporting data.
+ Player/Coach and leading by example to help mentor other team members.
+ Run point on hiring executive (C-suite) level candidates.
+ Action oriented and helps to drive initiatives across the broader TA function.
+ Experience managing vendor programs and external partnerships.
+ Develop project KPI's and milestones to measure progress.
+ System testing to ensure proper workflows, approvals etc.
+ Ability to influence at a high level.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Ten or more years related work experience.
+ Five or more years in Talent Acquisition.
+ Project/Program management experience.
+ Experience developing strategic sourcing strategies.
+ Experience in brand marketing.
+ Experience managing external vendors and partners (SLA's etc.).
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Experience managing direct reports.
+ Experience negotiating global vendor contracts.
