Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from 0.35 per hour to 3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
Specialized roles include the following positions:
* Environmental, Health, and Safety roles will communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, associates)

* You will support process improvement strategies
* You will utilize specific equipment (e.g., closed circuit television, walkie-talkies, systems, telxons) to aid in your responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
Specialized roles will require specific qualifications to be met in order to compete for these position.
Environmental, Health, and Safety position will require the following minimal requirement
* 6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year work experience or coursework in a safety, compliance, or security-related field (e.g., Military, Public Safety, Compliance, Criminal Justice)
Print Solutions Technical positions could require the following minimum requirement;
* 6 months experience operating industrial, production, or manufacturing equipment/machinery (e.g. Folder, Collator, Inserter, Printing Press)
* Associate Degree or vocational degree in Graphic Arts OR 1 year experience as a Walmart associate including experience operating Macintosh based systems and software OR 1 year experience as a Graphic Artist or graphic design professional preparing files for printing using Macintosh based systems
STaR technical or Lab positions could require the following minimal requirement;
* 1 year experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year work experience in program coding, software development, or related field.
* 2 years of work experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Access and Word functions. 1 year experience developing programming code (for example, VB Script).

Summary of Position: The Director, Talent Acquisition, is responsible for all recruitment efforts within the organization. They are also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. They are responsible for the entire talent acquisition lifecycle for both Kintegra and STLC and will oversee the Student Placement program.
Experience : Eight+ years of previous Talent Acquisition Management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Additional skills: Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook) and internet. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Hands on experience with ATS systems (preferably ADP). Strong team management skills. Excellent customer service and follow-up skills. Previous experience in passive recruiting. Familiarity with the roles and functions common to ambulatory care settings. Prior experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a similar concentration required.

K ey Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for all levels of positions within Kintegra and STLC that are aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Streamline the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance and support in all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Develop, implement and monitor hiring manager satisfaction surveys.
- Partner with leaders in the organization to forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
- Develop measurable recruitment goals for the Talent Acquisition department.
- Manage, train and evaluate the talent acquisition team.
- Measure, monitor and report to the VP, HR on key recruitment metrics, like source of hire, time to hire, hiring manager satisfaction, etc.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Implement and maintain a robust applicant tracking system to streamline recruitment processes, track candidate progress, and generate reports for tracking and analysis.

Position Description
The Allied Health Talent Acquisition Specialist is dedicated to recruitment of allied health professionals for our Senior TLC programs. This includes identifying, attracting and placing qualified allied health professionals at our STLC sites. The position will proactively and aggressively source candidates through various channels to ensure these difficult to fill positions are filled in a timely manner. This includes screening applicants, conducting interviews, communicating with hiring managers, and managing the hiring process from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a recruitment strategy for allied health. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, partnering with the marketing team on digital and non-digital employment marketing, developing a comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to define requirements for open roles and develop and post requisitions for open positions.
- Identify appropriate talent for the organization by actively and aggressively sourcing candidates.
- Join social media groups and professional networks to interact with potential candidates to build a pipeline of allied health candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Communicate with hiring managers on status of open positions and report weekly updates on open requisitions.
- Maintain weekly reporting for VP of HR and/or Director, Talent Acquisition on open positions, time to fill, pipeline, hiring manager satisfaction, etc.
- Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment / culture.
- Develop college recruiting programs for allied health roles.
- Participate in employment events, such as career fairs.
- Effectively utilize the applicant tracking systems throughout the full cycle recruitment process.
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Will accept equivalent prior experience as Allied Health Recruiter.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years Allied Health recruitment experience, preferably in a headhunting role.
Other Skills and Qualifications
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP preferred).
