The position reports to Tracy Marshall, Executive Director Search Practice, SVP, Principal. This position's focus on executive search services makes it ideal for candidates interested in a career path related to project management and coordination, search services management, candidate identification and research, and other aspects of executive recruiting. The Associate will also be trained to serve as a client facing project coordinator, working with consultants in executive search project teams, as well as be trained to develop candidate pools. This is a full-time remote position, to work with an all-remote team.Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage, as a team member, executive search processes
Draft and edit correspondence, agendas, spreadsheets and other materials (e.g. position announcements, outreach materials, candidate packets, etc.)
Coordinate internal team and client meetings
Manage the scheduling for internal and client meetings as well as candidate interviews
Perform internet and database research to develop candidate pools
Provide support for executive search services management systems and innovations
Build relationships with candidates and foster positive relationships with clients
Monitor contract progress and budgets
Demonstrate exemplary work ethic, character, and communication skills. Key Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional setting, knowledge of recruitment process a plus
Strong tech skills (experience with Microsoft Office, CRM software, etc.); interest in AI (ChatGPT, etc.)

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing, manufacturing, and commercializing therapeutic treatments is currently seeking an Executive Search Operations Lead to join their team for a 2-year contract (potential to convert to permanent). This person will help to expedite all aspects of the recruiting process with multi-faceted, project-specific support to stakeholders including internal clients, candidates, and executives.
Responsibilities:
Executive Search Project Management

Qualifications:

The pay range for this position is $233,300 to $335,400, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
