OVERVIEW
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work under the supervision of the HR Manager. This role will collaborate with hiring managers on recruiting needs, develop job descriptions, source and screen candidates, present offers, run the internship program with the guidance of the HR manager, and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and interns. This is a remote position open only to candidates currently residing in the State of Colorado.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage the interview process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
- Present job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
- Maintain relationships with candidates and provide feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Promote and facilitate the companys internship program.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and other educational institutions through Handshake and other sources.
- Facilitate the evaluation and interview process with students.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and students for the internship.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and trends.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Handshake, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-spoken, especially on phone and video calls.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and extremely organized.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to actively listen.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- AA, BA, BS preferred
- Experience in a public accounting firm
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Previous experience with JazzHR
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$60,000 - 65,000 per year. Compensation is based on several factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience and education, geographic location, and current market trends.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be able to operate a variety of machines and equipment, including computers, office equipment, telephone, etc.Tasks may require extended periods at a keyboard or workstation.
