Our client, a premier executive search firm, is seeking a highly accomplished and well-connected Executive Search Consultant to join their distinguished team. This role is crucial for identifying, assessing, and attracting top-tier executive talent for leading organizations across various industries. Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end executive search engagements, from client intake and needs assessment to candidate sourcing, evaluation, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to identify passive and active candidates for senior-level positions.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and comprehensive assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and leadership potential.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and talent needs.
  • Expand the firm's client base through proactive business development, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Develop and maintain market intelligence on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent pools.
  • Prepare detailed candidate profiles, search status reports, and market analysis for clients.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the offer and onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal research teams to optimize candidate identification efforts.
  • Represent the firm with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in executive search, retained search, or senior-level recruitment.
  • Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Extensive experience in conducting senior-level searches across diverse industries and functions.
  • Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of executive-level compensation structures and market dynamics.
  • Excellent professional network and ability to leverage it effectively.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
