What you'll do:

  • Manage interview scheduling for 25+ open roles using Greenhouse
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Proactively source and pipeline talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and Teamable
  • Contribute to innovative sourcing strategies and diverse candidate engagement
  • Support employer branding initiatives and other ad-hoc TA projects
  • Shadow full-lifecycle recruiters to learn the end-to-end recruitment process
