**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Lead a team of full lifecycle recruiters and sourcers
+ Act as the central talent acquisition point of contact for Puget Sound business and HR leaders
+ Manage the design, implementation and administration of policies, processes, and tools to support staffing activities, including sourcing, job posting, selection and placement
+ Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals
+ Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

**This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.**
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition processes
+ 5+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives
+ 5+ years of experience in recruiting talent (sourcing, screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)
+ 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within Talent Acquisition
+ 3+ years of experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
+ 1+ years of experience working with project management skills, and ability to drive performance to plan and results
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ 3+ years of experience with Workday
+ 3+ years of experience working with Tableau
+ 3+ years of experience using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (i.e. Avature, Sourcepoint, etc.)

- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through online channels, professional networks, and industry events.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate recruitment reports.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness to top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with timely updates and valuable insights into the company and its culture.
- Negotiate and extend competitive job offers, ensuring successful candidate acceptance.
- Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices, market trends, and relevant employment laws.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing strategies, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean searches, and various social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of different recruitment methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a remote work setting.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- Experience in recruiting for technical roles within the software or technology industry is a plus.
