This role can be performed remotely, offering flexibility and the ability to engage with a global network of candidates and clients. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier executive talent for leading technology companies, from innovative startups to established giants. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the technology landscape, exceptional networking abilities, and a proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic hiring needs, and executing comprehensive search strategies. Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for C-suite, VP, and Director-level positions in the technology sector.
  • Conduct in-depth market mapping and candidate research using advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their organizational culture and talent needs.
  • Develop compelling candidate profiles and outreach strategies.

  • Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer extensions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities.

  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive search, retained recruiting, or executive-level talent acquisition, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Proven ability to successfully recruit for senior-level positions across various technology functions (e.g., Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing).
  • Exceptional networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate structures and executive roles.
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple search assignments concurrently with a high degree of accuracy.

You will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier technical talent for a diverse range of clients across various industries. This role requires a strategic thinker with an exceptional understanding of the technology landscape and a proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level positions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-level technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates with specialized technical skills.
