Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in executive search, retained search, or senior-level recruitment.
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
- Extensive experience in conducting senior-level searches across diverse industries and functions.
- Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of executive-level compensation structures and market dynamics.
- Excellent professional network and ability to leverage it effectively.
