**How You'll Work**

**About the Role**
CRST Specialized Solutions is building a brand-new sales team focused exclusively on high-value products and white-glove services - and we're looking for hunters. As a Specialized Sales Director, you'll be the driving force behind new revenue generation, focusing on acquiring new clients through complex, consultative sales. This is not a transactional role. You'll lead discovery, craft tailored transportation solutions and deliver measurable value to customers.
**What You'll Do**
+ Own prospecting, lead generation and territory planning
+ Design and present white-glove transportation solutions with cross-functional teams
+ Build executive-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor
+ Lead negotiations and secure long-term commercial agreements
+ Maintain CRM discipline and accurate forecasting
+ Monitor market trends and adjust messaging and targeting accordingly
**What Great Looks Like**
+ Proven success in new-logo acquisition and transportation sales (dedicated, brokerage, final mile, one-way, etc.)
+ Strong hunter mindset with a builder mentality - ready to shape messaging and open doors
+ CRM proficiency (Salesforce)
+ Executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
+ Financial acumen and deal complexity experience
**Qualifications**
**Required**
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Proven transportation sales experience
+ CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills
**Preferred**
+ Associate degree or equivalent experience
+ Experience with white-glove logistics and high-value product service models
+ Success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals

Utilizes functional uses cases across, NAO, Product, Sales, IT and Finance, establishes the vision and strategic direction for assigned units, and leads the development and implementation of strategic plans, process, and organizational initiatives.
Maintains collaborative relationships with key departments in the Company to align strategies and coordinate tactics cross-functionally within NA Operations. Develops and manages relationships with acquired and/or existing customers to attain additional business and retain existing revenue.
Develops action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer spend with the company.
Learns and develops further knowledge of new technologies and selling points which includes enhancing expertise in the company's entire product suite.
Provides comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and/or existing accounts.
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
Experience in Security Sales and/or Information Technology 10+ years of relevant job experience with similar essential duties.
Must hold Industry Certifications like CISSP, CORE and etc
Driver's license may be required.
Must be willing to travel up to 50% Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities and ability to prioritize with good time management skills
Experience in strategic, technical, and business communications application sales
Strong communication skills and proficiency in selling to the clos
**Preferred**
MBA or related graduate degree preferred Business/financial background is helpful
Experience is consultative sales techniques and account planning
**Compensation**
