**Job Description:**
+ The role is 100% Onsite. 8am-5pm M-F. One to two late nights (10am-7pm) a month and potential Overtime.

+ The Department: Technical support area that receives and processes data for Medicare Part C, Medicare Part D, and Medicare/Medicaid plans. This is a call center position (inbound and outbound correspondence), so experience in that area is preferred. We Prefer That You Have: 2+ years of customer service experience. - Call center experience. - Familiarity with government contracts, X12 claims data experience.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provides first and second level technical support to a variety of customers comprising the submitter community, as well as basic internal support via analysis and research into EDI-related issues as required by business contracts.
+ 60% Provides quality/timely internal/external customer technical support/service for variety of insurance contracts as assigned. This encompasses, but is not limited to, support of communication interfaces/transactions/functions as required by insurance laws (such as support of claims, remit advices, inquiry/response for claims status/eligibility, enrollment, premium payment etc.), support of all current formats/transactions required by law/ lines of business. ·40% Responsible for the setup of all electronic transactions submission by processing enrollment applications, updating associated system files, and managing customer notification.
**Experience:**
+ 2 years of applicable EDI experience.
**Skills:**
+ Good system research and analysis skills. Working knowledge of relevant EDI software and tools used by the company/contract. Good organizational, judgment, customer service, and both verbal and written communication skills. Good spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion. Required Software and Other Tools: Microsoft Office. Work Environment: Typical office environment.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports our Synapse products by remotely troubleshooting and resolving issues, assessing and clearing monitor alarms, and providing our customers with timely responses.

  • Works on 3rd party hardware, software, and network related issues that are sold or supported by FUJIFILM.

  • Effectively and efficiently uses the FUJIFULM knowledge resources available to help in the troubleshooting process.

  • Collaborates with peers and other team members when working on more complex technical issues.

  • Effectively documents cases throughout the process of troubleshooting the issue.

  • Strictly follows the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) escalation process to move cases, in a timely manner, to the next level engineer when an issue cannot be resolved.

  • Engineers must have the ability and skillset to answer and facilitate incoming customer calls, effectively communicate with our customers, and document the interactions within a case.

  • Works cross-functionally with other Synapse teams/products as required and handles other duties as assigned.

  • Monitors TAC phone system wall boards to ensure that proper statuses are maintained.

  • Positive customer surveys, documentation accuracy and consistency, timely case and project completion, and finishing the assigned trainings are standard expectations for all FUJI engineers.

  • Maintains a high level of success with yearly goals provided by your manager and metrics defined on a team level.

  • Working outside of normal business hours, overtime, holidays, and participation in an on-call rotation are required to cover the needs of the business.

  • Some short notice overnight travel, based on the needs of the business, to work on customer systems.
