Essential Job Functions :
  • Administers specialized treatment, medication and when needed first aid for the purpose of providing appropriate care for students with special needs.
  • Records and maintain records related to the medical care or Health Care Plan for students with special needs.
  • Plans , organizes, and implements health related activities for students with special needs.
  • Communicates with appropriate certificated staff and school nurse regarding the care and medical needs for students with special needs.
  • Under the supervision of the school nurse, classroom teacher and/or building principal communicate the health care needs or concerns to parents of students with special needs.
  • Assists certificated staff and/or therapist in providing selected activities to students which may include and not exclusive to academic, self-help, social, motor or life skills.

Josephine County Juvenile Justice Department provides residential program and detention services to youth in Josephine and neighboring counties. The Residential Program, Turning Point Residential, is a statewide resource that operates under the Behavioral Rehabilitative Services (BRS) federal guidelines. Josephine County Juvenile Detention operates under the Oregon Revised Statutes. **Qualifications**

+ Nurses must have graduated from an approved school of nursing and have a master's degree in an appropriate discipline.
+ Other health care practitioners must have an advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) in their related field. (PA, OT, PT)
Certification/Licensure:

**Overview**
Field Representatives, with minimal direction or supervision, survey and/or review health care organizations throughout the United States. Field Representatives apply sophisticated analysis skills and inductive reasoning skills to determine a health care organization's degree of compliance with applicable standards and functionality of care delivery systems. Field Representatives to apply their knowledge to assess risk points in organizations. Field Representatives must have the credentials, professional demeanor, and expertise to earn the respect of the health care organizations' staff and leadership. They must be able to employ advanced communication skills to engage health care organization staff in interactive dialogues on a broad array of health care issues in order to assess compliance and to identify opportunities for improving compliance. **Responsibilities**
Position Accountabilities:
+ Ability to analyze and synthesize survey/review findings to provide conclusions, recommendations and educational opportunities.
+ Ability to connect **PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** : Field Representatives must be able to perform the following essential job duties and functions:
+ Learn, understand, retain, explain and objectively apply Joint Commission standards, which includes continual updating and retraining about state-of-the-art care, processes and technologies that are approved by the Joint Commission's Board of Commissioners.
+ Maintain current knowledge of, apply and follow:
+ Joint Commission policies and procedures to ensure that its mission is achieved.
+ Relevant, contemporary knowledge in professional field of expertise; and
+ Applicable regulations pertinent to the survey.
+ Exercise independent judgment to conduct a thorough evaluation of assigned services and programs that meet accreditation and certification eligibility criteria, including without limitation the following:
+ Review and evaluate pre-survey/pre-review information and conduct all pre-survey/pre- review activities. This includes using organization-specific information and selecting appropriate patient records to identify diverse patient populations, diagnoses and experiences.
+ Conduct a thorough analysis of risk to patients, staff and/or visits within care delivery systems
+ Thoroughly evaluate patient care environments to assess health care organizations' operations and standards compliance.
+ Interview staff and patients to determine health care organizations' level of compliance with Joint Commission standards.
+ Detect and interpret environmental cues of relevance to the evaluation of health care organizations' operations and standards.
+ Conduct a thorough and credible evaluation of assigned services that meet life safety requirements, environment of care and emergency management standards, as necessitated by the type of survey assignment.
+ Accurately place all identified risk points in/on the SAFER matrix.
+ In response to patient-centered evaluation activities, analyze policies, procedures, meeting minutes, clinical standards, protocols, patient records, employee records, committee reports, to assess the level of compliance with Joint Commission standards, implementation of policies, evidence of performance improvement, and quality and safety of care.
+ Using Joint Commission's established survey/review process, exercise independent judgment and discretion as follows:
+ Participate in and conduct required on-site activities, including without limitation inspections, required conferences, tours and interviews with staff.
+ Review and interpret all data submitted by the organization.
+ Document observations in a thorough, accurate manner utilizing applicable survey technology. Uses MST application in real-time and finalizes reports in a timely manner each day.

Join our Enterprise Support Services (ESS) team and you will be an integral part of our business enablement functions that keeps our organization running strong. You'll use your interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to interface with employees at all levels. As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, you'll work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY teams deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support the firm's growth and profitability. 
**The opportunity**
As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, you will provide high-level, functionally specialized administrative, project and operational support to multiple executives of the firm who hold designated leadership positions. You will be closely aligned and integrated with the operations, strategies and business objectives of senior leaders with visibility across their network. You will proactively identify the needs and challenges of the executive, identifying effective solutions and ensuring that all necessary preparations and support are in place to enable the executive's success. You will track, coordinate and execute on confidential projects, applying judgment and selecting methods for meeting objectives. As a representative of the executive leaders, you will foster sophisticated relationships and interact with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Manage daily execution of administrative services for eligible partners, principals, managing directors and directors
+ Apply specialized knowledge of service line, sector and operations role of executive to make independent decisions to accomplish project, administrative and operational objectives
+ Apply an in-depth understanding of the key drivers affecting the leader's role and business priorities to administrative and project coordination
+ Identify and resolve administrative issues and challenges, analyze problems and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
+ Build and foster relationships with internal and external business leaders and stakeholders and their administrative staff to support business objectives
+ Protect confidential/proprietary information and manage data and records securely
+ Demonstrate high level firm/service line knowledge of QRM policies
+ Independently compose, format and edit non-technical business documents in conjunction with leader executives and appropriate internal communications professionals
+ Liaise with service line and core business service personnel to track and coordinate executive work/projects; manage information and respond to requests accurately and promptly
+ Compile, review and analyze markets and budget reports to create tracking reports, identify action items, coordinate follow up and prepare meeting materials
+ Anticipate and apply knowledge of leaders' priorities to manage complex and constantly changing calendars
+ Coordinate domestic/international travel, internal and external events, meetings and conferences within scope leveraging appropriate resources

+ Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook
+ Work independently
**To qualify for the role, you must have**
+ BA/BS degree or relevant experience
+ 8-10 plus years of experience
+ Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years relevant experience
+ Flexible for overtime as required. Vacation dependent on business needs and cycles.
+ Work primarily onsite in the EY office, client or meeting site as determined.
+ Must be flexible to travel
**Ideally, you'll also have**
+ 5+ yrs. exp supporting senior leadership level executives in large organization or firm
+ Project coordination experience

+ We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $64,200 to $16,400. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 77,000 to 132,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
