Reporting to the President of Billington CyberSecurity, the Account Executive role at Billington Cybersecurity is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team and participate in our success by selling event sponsorships and full-year engagement programs to technology companies across the cybersecurity landscape. Candidate Requirements & Skills
- BA / BS

- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospects and clients at all levels

- 6+ years managing conferences, executive programs, corporate special events, exposition logistics, booth custom builds, and sponsoring external initiatives/events.
- Experience creating and managing large event budgets.
- Effective negotiation skills, including international contracts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, notably Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel for events and pre-event preparation 15-30%.
- Ability and willingness to work extended hours during planning periods, and varying work schedules for event execution and travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CMP certification and experience with Cvent a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
- Ability to expertly articulate ideas, seek decisions, and present work for senior level stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with demonstrated experience in consistently delivering high quality results.
- Team player who collaborates and can easily pivot to assist other projects as needed.
- Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments, program elements, and directions- pivoting and prioritizing effectively in responses.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure, delivering on last minute requests and remaining detail oriented.
- Flexibility and ability to push through indecision and ambiguity to deliver results.
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force to move objects/boxes.

As the Social Media Manager Sports Sponsorships, youll lead the charge in finding innovative, social-first ways to spotlight the unique perks T-Mobile offers through our sponsorships of Major League Baseball, Formula 1, and more. This is a hybrid role (3 days a week in-office) with frequent travel for on-site productionswhere we often concept, capture, edit, and publish all in the same day.
