Key Accountabilities:
- Production system maintenance: this includes updating factory dates and ship modes, and passing all pertinent information to sales and logistics
- Organize weekly touch base meeting with sales to review current production standing and any outstanding issues
- Issue purchase orders according to season calendar dates; update and maintain purchase orders as necessary to capture approved changes in price or delivery
- Track the manufacturing process to ensure that the product meets the agreed upon purchase order requirements
- Daily communication with overseas office to monitor pre-production and production delivery issues; resolve issues as they arise to insure on time bulk deliveries
- Manage Time Action Calendar and analyze and resolve issues associated with calendar
- Request weekly “Work in Process” (WIP) reports from all vendors and reviewing to confirm that vendors meet the required ship dates
- Update management on a daily basis on all outstanding and new production and logistical issues
- Review “Pre-production”, “Top of Production” and or “Shipment” samples to confirm that they match the previously approved submittals
- Coordinate sample development process to ensure that samples are produced and delivered on a timely basis
- Provide vendors with the company’s and retailer lab testing requirements and standards
- Provide the vendors with all special retailer compliance requirements and packaging requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Supply Chain or equivalent background in fashion
- 5+ years of experience in apparel production, specializing in cut and sew knits
- Proven experience managing overseas vendors and production timelines
- Excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skill
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
The pay range for this position is: $75,000 per year - $85,000 per year

Working primarily under the direction of the Sport Education Manager, the Sport Education Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator is responsible for the daily management, maintenance, and strategic development of the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Sport Education Academy-our centralized online learning platform for hosting Sport Education courses, certification programs, and educational resources. - Oversee all functionality of the Sport Education Academy, including LMS architecture, course flow, user roles, certification tracking, event registration, and reporting tools.
- Manage relationships with LMS providers, IT support, Membership services and Competition Services.
- Work with the Instructional Designer to ensure the online courses and resources are functioning properly on the LMS.

- Identify opportunities to scale and evolve the platform to meet the needs of emerging US Ski and Snowboard members and coaching populations.

REPORTS TO: Sport Education Director
LOCATION: Park City, UT
TRAVEL: <50%

SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
Working primarily under the direction of the Sport Education Manager, the Sport Education Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator is responsible for the daily management, maintenance, and strategic development of the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Sport Education Academy-our centralized online learning platform for hosting Sport Education courses, certification programs, and educational resources. This individual works closely with the Instructional Designer, Sport Education Coordinator, and Sport Education Manager to ensure the delivery of Sport Education programs across both the Coach Education and Club Development spheres.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
LMS Management
- Oversee all functionality of the Sport Education Academy, including LMS architecture, course flow, user roles, certification tracking, event registration, and reporting tools.
- Manage relationships with LMS providers, IT support, Membership services and Competition Services.
- Work with the Instructional Designer to ensure the online courses and resources are functioning properly on the LMS.
- Ensure seamless integration between course completion, certification progress, and individual coach profiles.
- Ensure that media content and resources are organized in a readily accessible format and structure.
- Respond to user queries, provide technical and navigational support, and resolve access or credential issues.
- Ensure that the design, content and branding of the elements on the Sport Education Academy are in compliance with U.S. Ski & Snowboard guidelines and standards.
- Track LMS analytics to assess course performance, user engagement, and system use.
- Provide strategic insights and reports to guide improvements and inform annual education plans.
- Ensure that any updates and revisions to the Sport Education Academy content and processes are shared with the Sport Education Coordinator to communicate with the US Ski and Snowboard staff, National Faculty and coach members.
- Identify opportunities to scale and evolve the platform to meet the needs of emerging US Ski and Snowboard members and coaching populations.
- Provide regular reports on participation, progress, and completion to internal departments and leadership.

- Valid Driver License
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds (50 with assistance), climb, stand, stoop and work outside in all weather conditions.
- Job may require travel and work on weekends, nights, holidays and on-call basis.
