We're looking for a Sports Marketing Manager to lead the charge in athlete and influencer marketing, event activations, brand partnerships, and social media collaborations. In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how the Full Swing brand connects with fans, athletes, and creators—bringing bold ideas to life through strategic partnerships and unforgettable experiences. From clubhouse conversations to dugout content, you’ll help define our presence in the sports world by building authentic, high-impact relationships that move the needle and make noise. Requirements What You Will Do: Athlete & Influencer Management Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with top-tier athletes, influencers, and content creators in golf and baseball Coordinate product seeding, contract execution, and ensure deliverables are being met Serve as day-to-day liaison with talent and their management teams Event Partnerships & Activation Lead Full Swing presence at key events across golf and baseball (tournaments, training showcases, pro camps, MLB/NCAA events, etc.) Create effective on-site experiences that drive brand affinity and content creation Manage all logistics, booth planning, and athlete/influencer engagement on-site Brand Partnerships Identify and activate co-branded partnerships with complementary companies, facilities, and teams in golf and baseball Work with internal and external stakeholders to build custom programs that drive awareness, content, and sales Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals Social Media & Content Integration Work closely with the social team to ensure all athlete/influencer and event activations translate to effective social media activity Oversee planning and execution of athlete-led content Ensure all sponsored content is on-brand, high-quality, and tied to performance objective Do You Have: 8+ years’ experience in sports marketing, athlete/influencer management, or brand partnerships Proven track record of executing successful marketing programs with athletes and influencers Deep understanding of both golf and baseball landscapes—players, teams, leagues, and culture Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Experience managing contracts, deliverables, and content approvals Willingness to travel to events, games, and shoots Perform other duties as assigned You'll Shine Even Brighter If You Have: Experience at a sports brand, agency, or working directly with pro athletes Background in social media strategy and content development Familiarity with performance and launch monitor technology in sports What We Offer: Comprehensive Benefits Package – Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus more 401(k) with Company Match – Up to 4% contribution match Paid Time Off – Generous PTO and paid holidays Supportive Work Environment – A relaxed, non-corporate atmosphere Team Culture – Engaging team bonding events and activities Onsite Wellness – Access to a personal trainer and gym facilities for a healthy work-life balance Ready to Grow with Us?
