Job Summary
Total Turf Golf Services and The Arrimour Group are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who is excited to go beyond traditional recruiting. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build proactive pipelines, engage with local communities and colleges, and design an onboarding program that sets new hires up for long-term success.
You’ll also manage the full recruitment life cycle across field, operational, and early-career roles, while also playing a critical part in employer branding and talent development initiatives. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to anticipate hiring needs, craft creative sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
This is a 100% in-office position to start, with the opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule (1–2 days remote) based on performance and business needs.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast talent needs and create proactive recruiting strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of landscapers, field staff, and early-career professionals for both seasonal and long-term opportunities.
- Engage in the community by attending local job fairs, partnering with workforce development programs, and building relationships with community organizations.
- Develop partnerships with colleges/universities to attract students and recent grads into our Golf Course Construction Program and other entry-level opportunities.
- Design and launch an onboarding program that helps new hires transition smoothly and thrive in their roles.
- Collaborate with leadership on employer branding to highlight our unique culture and career opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and share recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Ensure all recruitment processes align with company policies and employment regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR, with demonstrated success in proactive sourcing.
- Proven ability to engage candidates through direct outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as you will be speaking with everyone from new grads to experienced professionals.
- Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
- Willingness to travel 10–15% for job fairs, campus visits, and field location meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for landscaping, construction, or other skilled field roles.
- Background in agency recruiting with high-volume or multi-state searches.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS).

The expected salary for this position is between $75,000 and $100,000 Actual pay will depend on related experience and qualifications. In addition to salary the position offers medical, dental and vision benefits, retirement account and discretionary bonus potential.

Opportunity Details:
- Will coordinate the sourcing, screening, assessment, recruitment, selection, and offer process for a specific physician specialty.
- Adherence to established hiring guidelines, procedures, policies, and regulatory and legal standards.
- Serve as a consultant to the hiring site, identifying the most effective and efficient recruitment strategies, in order to attract top talent to the organization.
- Attend recruitment job fairs, career events, and hospital site visits.
- Two days in office in Manhattan is mandatory.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years experience in Physician-specific Recruitment is required .
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, business, or other health-related fields.
- Proven skills in the evaluation of candidates.
- Excellent judgement skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines.
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize, and multi-task in a deadline driven environment.
