  • Own monthly forecasting and budget pacing across accounts, working directly with clients and the agency finance team.
  • Analyze performance data to extract actionable insights and drive continuous improvement in conversion rates, ROAS, and CPL/CPA metrics.
  • Oversee creative testing frameworks (copy, design, landing pages), ensuring learning agendas are robust and insights scalable.
  • Manage internal team members and external partners (freelancers, vendors, platforms) to execute campaigns flawlessly.
  • Regularly present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Stay on top of performance media trends and platform innovations to keep agency offerings cutting-edge.
Required Technical Skills:
  • 8+ years of progressive performance media experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategy role within an agency or multi-brand environment.
  • Strong background in paid media across DTC, B2B, and/or health & wellness verticals.
  • Deep platform expertise: Google Ads (including Editor), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Amazon DSP.
  • Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools such as GA4, Looker, Supermetrics, Triple Whale, or Lifetimely.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and optimizing media budgets of $1M+ annually across various channels and KPIs.
  • Strategic thinker with tactical know-how and the ability to pivot quickly when performance signals shift.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field preferred

About the role

We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Digital Media manager to lead the execution and optimization of impactful digital media campaigns across a variety of platforms inclyding BVOD, YouTube, Social Media (Meta, TikTok), Online Display, Retail Media, and Paid Search. About the Internal Digital Trading Team:

The Digital Activation Hub Team at Reckitt Essential Home is a dynamic and highly skilled group dedicated to bridging the gap between marketing strategy and platform execution in digital media activations. This team is at the forefront of digital innovation, leveraging their extensive knowledge across various digital activation platforms to drive excellence in planning, execution & performance. Reporting to the Digital Trading Lead you will be responsible to making sure our Digital media is planned strategically, and executed with precision across key programmatic platforms, thus ensuring the best use of the platform capabilities are harnessed and all media best practices are followed.

Your responsibilities

Strategic (30%):
Lead the development and execution of category media activation plans, ensuring they align with Reckitts marketing goals
Provide strategic support to the internal CE team and global teams, focusing on audience translations, platform roles + capability, critical KPIs &providing inputs into global strategic frameworks
Develop and update digital channel playbooks, championing best practices and new platform capabilities.
Input into the Global Media Success model by testing and finalizing the key Digital KPIs for each brand across reach, frequency, phasing and placement strategy
Present key recommendations during full-year brand planning, advising on digital media channels and in-platform tactics that align with media communications objectives.
Showcase planning rigor by utilizing key platform planning tools to provide the best recommendations, ensuring campaigns are strategically sound and optimized for success.

Execution and Optimization (70%):
Oversee the daily media performance across key channels, ensuring campaign optimizations are implemented effectively.
Stay close to platform capabilities and betas, identifying areas where they can be used and deployed in our activations.
Continually deploy and track media productivity levers for the platform and report back on performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute digital test & learns, driving continuous improvement in media activations.
Provide monthly media actualizations to Reckitt finance teams and share weekly optimization insights with local CE Data Analysts.
Identify new testing opportunities to drive media activations forward, working with industry partners and internal stakeholders.
Proactively share successful case studies and results with wider teams to foster a culture of excellence.

The experience we're looking for

Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

5 years of proven hands-on experience

Experience in managing teams, setting objectives & aiding with task prioritization

Experience in understanding brand planning, marketing goals and objectives to translate them into media plans and activations

Understanding of the local media ecosystem a plus

  • Experience managing programmatic media campaigns across BVOD, YouTube, and Online Display channels.
  • Proven track record of executing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital media KPIs
  • Experience working with programmatic media tools and dashboards, including campaign setup, budget pacing, and performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with digital media strategy and planning, including seasonal activation calendars, promotional alignment, and audience targeting.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Paid Social (Meta, TikTok etc) and paid search a plus
  • Previous exposure to using ad verification & ad server platforms such as the likes of DoubleVerify & Google Campaign Manager
  • Retail Media Expertise: Deep understanding of retail media platforms, especially Walmart Connect and Amazon Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with retail media tools, DSPs, and analytics dashboards specific to Walmart, Amazon and Google Ads

Position Summary:
The Digital Media Manager is the lead writer and content strategist for the Office of Supervisor Paloma Aguirre. This position is responsible for developing and executing written content for social media, newsletters, speeches, digital platforms, press releases, and official statements. The Digital Media Manager ensures consistent voice, tone, and message alignment across all platforms and works closely with the Media Content Producer to deliver cohesive digital storytelling. This position reports to the Director of Communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, edit, and publish content for newsletters, social media, and the official website.
  • Write press releases, talking points, public statements, and speeches.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar in alignment with office goals and public engagement efforts.
  • Support rapid response communications during high-profile or crisis events.
  • Collaborate with the Media Content Producer to pair visual and written content effectively.

Project Development:
  • Research project's develop ideas and concepts and write compelling scripts to serve a specific goal and a targeted audience.
  • Coordinate with the HTV Manager and Digital Engagement Manager on projects to avoid duplication of efforts.
Project Pre-Production:
  • Use and update project management applications to keep project participants up to date.
  • Collaborate, coordinate, and produce projects efficiently, while ensuring resources and budgets are planned, requested, and monitored.
  • Search and identify the best talent, locations, props, costumes, equipment, and other assets to maximize the quality of the project.
Project Production:
  • Serve in the capacity of any crew position needed for a shoot.
  • Record and upload media interviews with County Subject Matter experts (SME) for displaying from a County perspective as well as for use in SME training.
Project Postproduction:
  • Log and transcode media to and from multiple formats.
  • Edit videos creatively while maintaining proper pace and ensuring that project goals and audience targets are met.
  • Color correct and grade media to create the proper tone and look for the story being told.
  • Animate elements in 2D and 3D to illustrate concepts and problems.
  • Design graphic elements that help advance the story and fit the overall look and tone you're trying to convey.
  • Find or develop music tracks and sound effects that help enhance the mood of the project.
  • Produce all video assets for public engagement projects for the Hillsborough County Engagement Hub.
Project Distribution:
  • Develop an influencer list and send the finished product to them. Track all influencers to see who contributes most to viewer engagement.
Meeting/Event Production:
  • Event staging of lights, audio, platforms, truss, projectors, screens, cameras, and set design.
  • Setup, testing, and run-through to ensure meeting and event equipment and personnel is operating as expected.
  • Design and generate graphic and video assets for public engagement projects for the Hillsborough County Engagement Hub.
  • Serve as the event/meeting director, technical director, robotic camera op, camera op, floor director, on-air graphics (CG) op, audio mixer, agenda tagger, and a/v support technician.
  • Attend all Newsroom planning meetings for generation of ideas, as well as all Web team meetings.
  • Records and uploads media interviews with County Subject Matter Experts (SME) for displaying from a County perspective as well as for use in SME training.
Technical Assistance:
  • Assist engineer with setting up, commissioning, and troubleshooting equipment.
  • Provide basic networking support, to configure computer and production devices to work on various networks.
  • Assist in formal media trainings when necessary.
Web Content:
  • Produce engaging video content primarily for Hillsborough County's website, with emphasis on Hillsborough County Newsroom.
  • Work closely with the research section to provide reports on web video viewership and engagement to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Daily triage of Help Scout tickets, scheduled content audits, and other general functions of the Hillsborough County We team as determined by the Digital Engagement manager.
Job Specifications
  • Knowledge of digital media and television production techniques, language, equipment, and applications.
  • Knowledge of depth of field, color correcting, LUTs, dynamic range, sensor size, resolution, color sampling, gamma curves, frame rates, bit rates, and codecs.
  • Knowledge of lighting design and staging.
  • Knowledge of digital and analog audio recording.
  • Knowledge of digital video and audio editing.
  • Knowledge of 2D and 3D animation.
