We are assembling our Team to respond to the substantial increase in business in
Los Angeles due to the recent wildfires, 2028 Olympics, Super Bowl, World Cup
and the LAX renovation.

We are seeking three (3) experienced fire sprinkler estimators who will be able to
use their knowledge of codes and standards, as well as knowledge of labor and
material costs, to develop bids for commercial projects.

Qualifications
Must be a Team Player with a positive attitude!
Minimum 3 years’ experience in fire sprinkler construction or related fields
Knowledge of codes and standards relating to fire sprinkler systems as well as
local codes and ordinances
Knowledge of wet, dry, and pre-action systems, as well as backflows and fire
pumps
Knowledge of labor and material costs
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented

Responsibilities
Project estimating commercial fire sprinkler projects from construction
documents
Identify any special requirements a project could require
Communicating with clients
Calculation of change-order pricing
Develop job quotes and sending them to clients
Perform job walkthroughs and surveys
Assist on field personnel with design-related installation issues
Identify changes in projects that impact cost, schedule, or labor requirements
Collaborate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure costs used in
estimates are up to date
Maintain organized project files
Experience with design AutoCAD and Hydra CAD

Compensation: $ 85,000, plus commission.

• Must have a mastery knowledge of test equipment, such as multimeters, battery analyzers and decibel meters.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to clear a drug screening.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint, schematics, diagrams, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English.

• Must obtain and retain any specific product certifications and/or licenses that are required by national, state and local codes.
• Requires 50% to 75% proficiency in Everon Commercial's Tier 1 product offerings.

• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on fire sprinkler suppression systems.

• Service and repair of wet, dry and pre-action fire suppression systems in strict accordance with applicable codes and standards.

• Ability to safely and precisely shut down and diagnose various fire protection systems and their impairments. Knowledge on how to repair deficiencies and return the system back to working order to ensure customer compliance.

• Repair and update the sprinkler and drip systems throughout the campus.
• Need prior experience with the installation, repair and troubleshooting of all pipe sizes and materials.
