**Job Description**
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug cloud microservices for OCI's IoT service.
This is a senior level position in software development with a heavy emphasis on software design and coding. The individual will serve as as a technical lead for new projects and work to scale existing tools/services to support our high-performance IoT data service. This role requires hands-on software development of microservices using a combination of Java and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate will be able to work in both Java and PL/SQL with equal comfort.
This individual will become a cross-component generalist and be intimately familiar with each microservice and their interactions. They will utilize their cross-component knowledge to take ownership of end-to-end feature development, assist other microservice owners to accelerate development and release of time critical features.
