The Mechanic is a skilled technician responsible for the maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of both passenger vehicles and heavy construction equipment. This role performs routine service work as well as moderately complex mechanical repairs using diagnostic equipment, technical manuals, and repair procedures. Work is performed both in the shop and on-site using a Mobile Service Truck. The position requires technical training and hands-on experience, typically gained through vocational programs or apprenticeships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Inspect and diagnose mechanical issues in passenger vehicles and heavy construction equipment for proper performance and detection of faults / malfunctions which require repair.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs, including engines, brakes, hydraulics, suspensions, and electrical systems.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and technical manuals to guide repairs and troubleshooting.
- Document service activities, including work orders, parts used, and inspections.
- Maintain accurate service records for each unit serviced.
- Ensure repairs meet established quality and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain Mobile Service Truck to complete field service requests at job sites and remote locations.
- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment.
- Service attachments and working tools such as blades, ploughs, winches and side booms.
- Assist in any related areas as assigned by Warehouse Manager or Superintendents.
- Follow and enforce safety protocols during all repair and service tasks.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent. Technical diploma or trade certification in Automotive or Heavy Equipment Technology preferred.
- 25 years of hands-on experience in mechanical repair and diagnostics. Welding experience preferred.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
- CDL preferred (especially for transporting or operating heavy equipment).
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Qualifications**
+ Experience as a cook or in a related role required

RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome guests into our home, get to know them and treat each and every guest like a VIP.
Performing opening and closing duties to standards required.
Completing regular deep cleaning of the restaurant.
Setting up and detailing the dining room and stations to standards required.
Maintaining water levels of guest.
Mark, clear and reset according to the pacing of the menu.
Cleaning and polishing silverware and glassware.
Effectively communicating service irregularities to management.
Maintaining the table.
Assisting in bathroom checks.
Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times.
Full knowledge of food and beverage menu items including the major components of a dish/drink; this may include ingredients and their source, simple descriptions of unfamiliar ingredients, preparation, and/or execution of correct food and beverage service.
Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant.
Adhere to grooming and dress code standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and lunch shifts.

Able to work well with others.

2+ years of serving experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The dishwasher is responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the dish area and helps with additional BOH duties as needed. Our dishwashers support the team and help to create and maintain an exciting, inviting, and progressive environment. RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for organization, cleanliness, sanitation & maintenance of the dishes, dish area and related machinery per regulations of the Health Department and the standards of cleanliness put forth by the restaurant.
Wash, sanitize and organize small wares, dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking supplies.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dish service area, and storage areas.
Restock kitchen supplies; notify management when running low on inventory.
Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant; sweep and clean floors.
Sort and remove the trash; clean garbage cans.
Help unload deliveries and store supplies; restock supplies throughout the restaurant as needed.
Assist with proper opening and closing of the restaurant; perform related work as requested.

Lanai bartenders are the representative of the restaurant to guests. Bartenders are responsible for assembling and serving all beverages while guiding guests through the Lanai experience. Our bartenders are expected to give service that is knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful while upholding company standards and values in a busy, fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and guide the guests complete dining and bar experience
Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times.
Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items including the major components of a dish/drink; this may include ingredients and their source, simple descriptions of unfamiliar ingredients, preparation, and/or execution of correct food and beverage service.
