What would you do as a Housing Stability SpecialistAs a new Housing Stability Specialist at EDEN, you can expect a dynamic and engaging schedule from Monday to Friday. Each day, you will assist clients in navigating rental assistance programs like Section 8 and ensure they understand their options for affordable housing. What You'll Do
We're excited to be adding a Case Manager, Stability, to our growing team! This is an engaging and rewarding opportunity that plays an integral role within the organization. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with our participants and contributing to the fight against homelessness. This position requires the individual to be bilingual in Spanish in order to better serve our community. The Case Manager, Stability, will report directly to the Shelter Coordinator and be part of the Housing Solutions team. This position provides case management to families in the rental subsidy program using various service models. This involves documenting services in real-time, maintaining electronic case records, and collecting monthly compliance reports.
What Your Day Looks Like
- Provide home-based support to around 20 families, including goal setting, housing advocacy, and connecting them to resources for budgeting, employment, legal support, and more
- Assess participants' needs and challenges, such as employment status or mental health, and connect them to appropriate resources
- Assist families in setting and reaching housing goals, manage necessary documentation, and address related concerns
- Check in with participants who have completed the program to ensure continued progress
- Foster self-sufficiency and maintain professional boundaries using various service models
- Collaborate with internal teams, and external partners to address housing issues and support participants
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to confidentiality documentation standards
- Address resource needs in specific areas and help organize community events such as Holiday celebrations and Back-to-School activities
- Partner on departmental projects as needed
- Advocate for our services and represent Hamilton Families at community and collaborative meetings
- Ability to work and collaborate with a diverse group of people on projects and making decisions for the benefit of our participants
- Familiarity with case management databases or customer service platforms
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to meet goals

The Rapid Re-housing Program is a core component of Your Way Home, providing housing-focused case management and financial assistance to households experiencing literal homelessness. Program participants benefit from personalized case management both before and after moving into their new homes. Job Description Summary:
The Housing Stability Coordinator is responsible for providing strength based, housing case management while engaging in compassionate and empowering problem-solving conversations with program participants, community partners, and team members to encourage housing stability. The coordinator will actively participate in the coordinated entry system as well as the larger service network as needed. The coordinator will also contribute to outcomes and continuous quality improvement at the agency and Continuum of Care level.
Essential Functions:
- Meet program participants to complete required paperwork and conduct a full assessment for the applicable grant funding and resources.
- Provide housing case management services following Critical Time Intervention and Housing First models using a strength-based, person-centered approach.
- Develop individualized housing stability plans in collaboration with the participant receiving services.
- Explore long term affordable housing opportunities for program participants.
- Conduct monthly home visits with housed program participants to review housing goals, continued eligibility, and exit planning.
- Document all case notes within the Homeless Management Information System per grant and agency requirements.
- Explore, identify, and link program participants to community resources related to their unique household needs.
- Participate in community-based activities when appropriate, representing Community Housing Network at community forums, workgroups, and events as requested. Some activities may include evening and weekend hours.
- Continue to refine skills and stay abreast of best practices and program changes through additional training and community events.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in case management or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience interacting effectively with vulnerable populations (i.e., people experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, at-risk of homelessness, and those who have a mental or physical health disability).
- Lived experience; or Bachelor’s degree in social work or human services related field; or two years of human service-related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and services.

Education:

+ Provide initial issue triage and system analysis for field and vehicle bring-up issues within the research and development fleet.
+ Review CAN log data, investigate responsible systems, and identify root causes of electrical and network issues.

+ Document findings and work collaboratively with issue owners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to facilitate root cause investigations.

**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline, preferably Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
+ 5+ years of experience in automotive engineering, with hands-on experience designing or testing vehicle electrical and mechanical systems.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with electrical diagnostics tools such as DMM, Oscilloscopes, and Logic Analyzers.
+ Experience with vehicle network architecture, including CAN and LIN protocols.
+ Proficiency with issue tracking and documentation tools like JIRA and Confluence, and knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as FMEA and 8D.

Chino is an open-pit copper mining complex located 15 miles from the historic mining community of Silver City in southwestern New Mexico. The historic Chino mine was among the world's first low-grade, open-pit copper mines. Today, the operation consists of a 36,000-metric-ton-per-day concentrator that produces copper and a 150-million-pound-per-year solvent extraction/electrowinning plant that produces copper cathode from solution generated by run-of-mine leaching.

**Description**
Under general supervision, facilitates a variety of complex engineering projects including data collection and monitoring, maintenance, surveillance activities, and others as needed to support operations at an assigned site.
+ Manage the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of field instrumentation and monitoring equipment.
+ Manage data and assist with problem-solving requiring basic theories and engineering fundamentals.
+ Utilize computer programs to solve engineering problems and maintain proper documentation.
+ Oversee acquisition of automated and manual field instrumentation and survey data.
+ Perform technical evaluation of equipment, troubleshoot and perform maintenance of installed instrumentation
+ Maintain accurate and current project documentation.
+ Manage survey and mapping projects (with GPS, total station, drone).
+ Provide training and guidance to technicians and engineers on the operation and maintenance of instrumentation and equipment.
+ May work with vendors and contractors in the support of data collection and interpretation of data
+ Provide backup support for Engineers in analysis and processes as required
+ Perform other duties as requested.
**Qualifications**
Minimum Requirements:
+ Five (5) years of experience in an engineering or technical area relevant to the assignment.
+ Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
+ Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
+ Ability to develop good working relationships within own team and folks from various other departments.
+ Skilled in safely using, maintaining, and repairing specialized equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
+ High School diploma or GED
+ Experience with maintaining and repairing radars, GPS equipment, total stations, piezometers
+ Aptitude for computers and/or electronics
