Job Overview:

The Support team at Saba plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by assisting with a variety of tasks that contribute to an exceptional dining experience. As a Support team member, you will be responsible for running food, bussing and resetting tables, providing water service, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Your work is essential in supporting the service team and ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in running food from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring that all dishes are delivered promptly and accurately.
  • Bus and reset tables between guest seatings, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Provide water service to guests, ensuring glasses are filled and refreshed as needed.
  • Clear tables efficiently and thoroughly between courses and at the end of each meal.
  • Support the front-of-house team by responding to guest requests and assisting with any additional tasks as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant, including the dining room, service stations, and entryways.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service.
  • Perform all other duties, as assigned. 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a support or busser role in a restaurant setting is preferred.

**Required**

+ Experience MM and integration with SAP FICO, PS, SD, QM, PM, PP, RRB in SAP ECC 6.0 or above.

In the U.S., the salary range for this position is $110,700.00 - $165,000.00 USD Annual. Facilitates and maintains a safe environment for patients and others. Utilizes the nursing process to develop and deliver a plan of care for assigned patients. Performs the priority technical procedures required by the area, department, and/or assignment safely, effectively, efficiently, and legally. Establishes and/or revises priorities for patient care activities based on the following: acuity of the need, resource availability, customer/patient preference/request, and other departmental needs. Coordinates and delegates activities related to patient care management in an appropriate manner and supervises the activities of other unit personnel providing care to assigned patients.

Communicates using appropriate channels, proper hand-off, and escalation of information, data, and significant events of problems to appropriate persons, including current patient condition, changes in the patient's condition, laboratory/diagnostic data, intake & output, nutrition needs, assessment findings and changes, changes of shift report, patient/family/physician team member complaints, defective equipment, etc to ensure continuity of care. Keeps patients informed and gives periodic updates as appropriate and positively contributes to the organizational goal of patient throughput.

Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to identify actions to improve patient care. Seeks supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform effectively or safely independently. Uses interpersonal-communication strategies with individuals to achieve desirable/acceptable outcomes/responses and the perception of satisfaction by those involved. Uses internal and/or external resources to resolve and/or prevent problems that cannot be managed independently.

Actively promotes and supports LCMC Health's performance improvement initiatives by consistently implementing infection control practices, maintaining the environment of care consistent with Joint Commission requirements, and participating in quality improvement activities and review/audit processes.

Continuously displays a positive attitude that contributes to patient satisfaction and utilizes the service recovery process to address patients' concern or complaints. Summary of the Job :
Serves as an integral part of the post-acute care strategy to effectively reduce hospital admissions/readmissions and potentially preventable Emergency Department (ED) visits. Responsible and accountable for the coordination of care for transitional care (post-discharge) patients. The Registered Nurse will assess and provide care as it relates to the specific needs of the patient within the framework of the State Nurse Practice Act.

Minimum Qualifications : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and three (3) years of experience in an acute clinical setting. Ability to demonstrate strong organizational, decision making, delegating, communicating and customer relations skills. Current R.N. licensure with Louisiana State Board of Nursing and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through any International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) provided courses such as but not limited to: Ochsner Health System, American Heart Association, and American Red Cross. The ILCOR course must include a manikin check off. ACLS and/or PALS, is preferred.
  • Must have a valid and current state issued driver's license. Must have reliable transportation for work with current safety inspection (brake tag) and vehicle license plate registration.
  • Must maintain and provide proof of automobile insurance (at his/her own expense) in amounts which meet at least the minimum liability coverage limits required by the state of their residence.
  • Clearance of driving record check; Driving records shall not contain any of the following: a suspended or revoked driver's license, 3 or more moving violations in the past 36 months, 2 or more accidents in the past 36 months, 1 or more instances of driving under the influence (DUI) or driving while intoxicated (DWI) within the past 24 months, at fault in a fatal accident within the past 5 years, leaving the scene of an accident within the past 36 months, and/or reckless driving within the past 12 months.

Preferred Qualifications : Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing. Critical Care, Emergency Care, and/or Home Health experience is a plus.

Physical Demands:

Must possess good physical health. Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time. Lifting at least 50 pounds is required. Must be able to work with a moderate level of noise.
