Our staff responsibilities include; setting up and stocking stations, preparing food for service, cooking with a deep fryer & flat top grill, following all direction from Kitchen Manager & Leads, stocking and rotating inventory appropriately, ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, at the highest quality and in a timely manner, and complying with all DOH safety and sanitary regulations.
