Molly Malloy’s is an all-day breakfast and lunch restaurant and bar open daily from 8am-6pm, located in the historic Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia. We are currently hiring part-time or full-time counter staff for our takeout area, and are looking for a dedicated, organized individual who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced culinary environment. Enswell is an all-day restaurant with a full kitchen, cafe, comprehensive cocktail menu, and bottleshop. Owned and operated by Rival Bros Coffee Roasters, Enswell opened in 2023 in the space of a previous Rival Bros cafe on Spruce Street. The restaurant brings together many different passions and services under one roof; Enswell aims to be a place where one might have a phenomenal cup of coffee right next to another enjoying a craft cocktail or upscale meal.
We are looking for applicants who are interested in supporting our front of house by bringing their hosting experience to daily operations. Enswell hosts take ownership over the front door and welcoming and seating of guests. There is a mandate of being helpful and supporting the general front of house needs during all services which is outlined below. Essential Support Job Duties:
- Support and work with all FOH staff through service to create a strong teamwork atmosphere
- Wash, dry, and polish all glassware, restocking each storage station as needed
- Drying and polishing all silverware and restocking server station as needed
