The Opportunity

Valor Front has been retained to identify a strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead people operations across seven manufacturing facilities. This is a unique opportunity to shape HR strategy at a rapidly growing, values-driven organization where your work directly impacts hundreds of families and communities.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategy aligned with our client's 55% growth trajectory
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational development and culture initiatives
  • Lead talent acquisition strategy to support aggressive expansion plans across multiple locations


Operations Excellence

  • Oversee all HR functions across seven manufacturing plants and 415+ employees
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Design and implement scalable HR processes and systems to support continued growth


Culture & Development

  • Champion our client's faith-based values while building an inclusive, high-performance culture
  • Lead leadership development, succession planning, and career advancement programs
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that reinforce their family-oriented culture


Compensation & Benefits

  • Design competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking for manufacturing sector roles
  • Oversee performance management and recognition programs


What We're Looking For:


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a VP or senior leadership role
  • Proven experience in manufacturing environments with multi-location operations
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Experience managing HR functions for 300+ employees across multiple sites


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (MBA, MSHR, or equivalent)
  • Experience in family-owned or faith-based organizations
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant HR certifications
  • Track record of supporting rapid organizational growth (50%+ expansion)

Our 12-week summer internship opportunity offers candidates working toward their **Bachelor's in Human Resources Management** , exposure to a variety of specialization and generalist assignments, including Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Operational Excellence, Organizational Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Generalist assignments.

+ U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
**Compensation:**
Base Pay Range: $19.50 - $24.00/hr
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
