The Staffing Manager will play a critical role in coordinating personnel assignments and onboarding activities for a dynamic program within the Intelligence Community (IC). **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the **day-to-day staffing function** for the program, managing personnel movements, assignments, and requirements fulfillment.

**Required Qualifications:**

The Staffing Manager will sit embedded within the Program Management Office and will work with a staffing team to support a large FTE program within the Intelligence Community (IC). They will work as a critical member of a team responsible for identifying, selecting, and staffing for a large IC program. The Staffing Manager will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing strategic staffing initiatives to ensure organizational goals and program objectives are met on program.
The Staffing Manager will work closely within the program management team to identify qualified candidates, conduct interviews, make hire/no hire decisions, and coordinate staffing issues with customer mission managers, program leadership, and subcontractors. The Staffing Manager will manage the redeployment program that assists current employees to find new opportunities within the program. He/She will also work closely with Leidos corporate entities to facilitate the onboarding and redeployment of current employees, process security requirements, and support employee development. The Staffing Manager will become familiar with the staffing requirements of the program and will coordinate directly with the program's staffing team to ensure that proposed candidates meet the program requirements. The Staffing Manger will ensure candidates are properly tracked and job requisitions are created/updated as needed, interview candidates, and track and maintain candidate lists/status for each requisition.

Basic Qualifications.

- Candidate should have a working knowledge of IC clearance processing procedures, experience using various databases, and be proficient with MS Office.

The Workforce Staffing (WFS) Team is looking for a Staffing Manager. In this multi-purpose leadership role; you will own both engagement and optimization for a defined geography. The Staffing Manager will focus in three key areas:
1) Owning the strategic development and delivery of community engagement plans

Key job responsibilities
· Partners with local Site Leadership teams to include but not limited to Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and associated workflow teams to optimize labor requirements
· Forecast labor demand plans and create scalable staffing strategies to build infrastructure and ensure team resource capabilities meet business demand
· Evolve and implement labor acquisition strategies inclusive of employee class recommendations, labor pool utilization, talent pool conversion and other channel resources across different Amazon businesses
· Manage and own cost per hire budgets through oversight of labor acquisition, advertising and other talent acquisition costs within the cluster
· Manage and build strategies to optimize candidate cycle time, conversion rates and applicant funnel metrics to benchmark
· Exceed associate experience service levels and KPI's measured by hiring activity results and defect reduction
· Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Workforce Staffing performance via Key Performance Indicators
· Evolve and implement strategies based on consistently changing needs of the business by tracking hiring event schedules and forecasted attendance rates
· Leads and drives projects, of increasing scale and complexity, and manages programs through completion
· Sets KPI's benchmarks, metrics, and understands how to prioritize to meet and exceed all business SLAs

The role holder will solve complex hiring-related problems for INOPS. They will manage key program priorities for the India WFS team while collaborating closely with multiple functions. Basic Qualifications

- Client & Family Engagement: Build strong relationships, address concerns proactively, and ensure clients receive consistent, quality care.
- Hands-On Support: Step in to provide direct care as neededincluding ADLs and companionship.
- 5+ years of experience providing hands-on care to seniors (professional or personal)
- Experience in a supervisory or management role in the healthcare or senior care industry is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and other programs
- Reliable insured transportation and valid drivers license
- Must pass all background and registry checks
- A team-first mindset, positive attitude, and a heart for caregiving
- Office Location: Georgetown, TX (with local travel to client homes as needed-Georgetown area and Bell County)
- Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Includes rotating on-call responsibilities for shift coverage during evenings/weekends)
- Salary: $40,000-$0,000 (Based on experience)

Blueprint Skilled Services is currently hiring for a Bilingual Recruiter for our Denver, CO location. We are a Commercial Construction temporary staffing company with job sites in Denver and surrounding areas as well as across the state. We focus on a variety of projects including Hospitals, Schools, Hotels, Multi-Family buildings and many others.
Recruiter Role:
Recruiting is key to our operation and is integral to supporting our clients in their need for Skilled Tradespeople including Electricians, Carpenters, Helpers & Laborers. The focus of this role is to identify, source, and qualify candidates for work on Commercial Construction sites. We offer a fast-paced environment with the opportunity for both personal and professional growth. We are a locally owned company based in Lakewood and Northern Colorado.
We offer competitive pay based on your experience, as well as other benefits and incentives. This position would offer a base salary plus commissions with unlimited potential.
Our Recruiters work with construction personnel, developing long-term relationships and matching their skills with client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and build relationships with qualified applicants. Construction experience strongly desired, but not required.
- Be accountable to achieve key metrics that support revenue goals.
- Develop and execute a solid recruitment strategy in order to fill a high volume of diverse openings.
- Build and maintain a well-qualified pool of candidates.
- Qualify, present and schedule candidates to meet the needs of our clients.
- Establishing relationships over the phone and in person.
- Comfortable contacting people and making introductions and asking relevant questions to qualify candidates.
- Solid cold calling capabilities and confidence in talking with construction personnel.
- A desire to increase earnings based on performance.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
