Parking Operations is responsible for maintaining over 18,000 parking spaces across Stanford's historic main campus and the Stanford Redwood City Campus, distributed across more than 100 lots, six multi-level underground garages, and five above-ground garages. Additionally, the department manages 200 electric vehicle charging stations and event parking. Parking enforcement utilizes License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology to manage and enforce parking efficiently.

Anticipated annual salary range: $ 100,023 to $16,706 , pending on experience
What you will be doing:
The Parking Operations Supervisor plays a key leadership role in planning, administering, and overseeing Stanford's parking programs. This role focuses on optimizing parking operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the department's strategic objectives. You'll lead a dedicated team of two while coordinating across campus partners to deliver a world-class parking experience for the Stanford community.
Key Areas of Oversight:
- Event and reserved parking coordination
- Parking enforcement operations using LPR technology
- Signage inventory management and renewal
- Parking utilization data collection and analysis
- Customer experience enhancement and operational problem-solving
How you will spend your time:
- Lead and manage event parking operations while supporting enforcement, asset audits, signage updates, and parking data collection
- Oversee parking utilization analytics to inform data-driven decisions balancing parking supply and demand
- Monitor citation trends, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for training, signage improvements, and policy updates
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews and coach for professional growth
- Manage scheduling, assignments, and workflows to ensure operational efficiency and policy compliance
- Partner closely with university stakeholders to address operational issues, propose solutions, and improve processes
- Supervise third-party vendors and manage contracts to maintain high service standards
- Prepare monthly reports and lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operation
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of experience in parking operations, enforcement, or similar regulatory environments
- Proven project management capabilities; previous project management experience strongly preferred
- Strong budget forecasting and resource management skills
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and customer service abilities
- Valid California Class C Driver's License required
- Preferred: Coursework in business administration, public administration, law enforcement, or related fields

The Neurohospitalist Division in the Department of Neurology at Stanford University seeks a board-certified/eligible neurologist to join the Department as Clinical Assistant or Clinical Associate Professor in the Clinician Educator Line .
The major criterion for appointment as Clinician Educators is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, teaching, administrative and/or scholarship appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. Academic rank and line will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
Primary responsibilities include attending on our primary neurology ward and consult teams. On our wards service, we see a wide variety of patients including those with seizures, acute neuromuscular emergencies, infectious and immune meningoencephalitis, demyelinating disease, rapidly progressive dementia, and headache disorders. We also care for patients electively admitted for clinical trial treatments, including genetic and CAR T therapy. On the consult service, we see patients with neurologic complications of systemic disease, including cancer and cancer treatments, CAR T therapy, and transplant neurology. Faculty may be asked to be involved in a post-discharge clinic and/or telemedicine to satellite hospitals. The faculty member will be expected to teach and mentor trainees at all levels, including but not limited to medical students, residents, and our Neurohospitalist fellow(s). Faculty will have the opportunity to work with our fantastic multidisciplinary care team and help coordinate safe transitions of care.
There are ample professional development opportunities in medical education, quality improvement and care innovation and research for faculty in this position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful applicant should have expertise in the evaluation and management of the breadth of acute neurological diseases (e.g. seizures, acute neuromuscular emergencies, infectious and immune meningoencephalitis, demyelinating disease, rapidly progressive dementia, headache disorders, CAR T therapy, emergent neurologic complications of cancer and its treatments, neurologic complications of systemic disease, encephalopathy & delirium, etc) and a demonstrated commitment to teaching students, residents and fellows. Candidates must also have excellent communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with other departments and disciplines. Necessary qualifications include ABPN certification or eligibility and eligibility for a California medical license.
Fellowship training as a neurohospitalist is highly desirable, although other subspecialty fellowship experience will also be considered provided the candidate has sufficient experience in an acute care neurology. Note, since we have a separate stroke service, there is no requirement to care for patients with acute stroke.

Responsibilities for this position will include joining our current team of 17 neuromuscular neurologists in multidisciplinary and neuromuscular clinics, satellite clinics, electrophysiology laboratories and on the inpatient consult service. New faculty will also participate in medical student, neurology residency and neuromuscular fellowship teaching, and work with the existing neuromuscular clinical research infrastructure to launch clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies and collaborate with colleagues in autonomic neurology, pediatric neurology, neurogenetics, neuroimmunology, cardiology, pulmonology and related fields.
QUALIFICATIONS :
The successful applicant should have medical licensure in California with board certification in Neurology and board eligibility in Neuromuscular Medicine or Clinical Electrophysiology/EMG.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have helped direct large multi-disciplinary clinics, especially those who have managed data organization from electronic medical records into database systems. Candidates with clinical and translational research experience as well as experience administering and managing novel immunomodulatory, cell-based and genetic treatments are desired. The major criterion for appointment in the **Clinician Educator Line** is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, teaching, administrative and/or scholarship appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill.
Responsibilities for this position will include joining our current team of 17 neuromuscular neurologists in multidisciplinary and neuromuscular clinics, satellite clinics, electrophysiology laboratories and on the inpatient consult service. New faculty will also participate in medical student, neurology residency and neuromuscular fellowship teaching, and work with the existing neuromuscular clinical research infrastructure to launch clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies and collaborate with colleagues in autonomic neurology, pediatric neurology, neurogenetics, neuroimmunology, cardiology, pulmonology and related fields.
**QUALIFICATIONS** :
The successful applicant should have medical licensure in California with board certification in Neurology and board eligibility in Neuromuscular Medicine or Clinical Electrophysiology/EMG.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have helped direct large multi-disciplinary clinics, especially those who have managed data organization from electronic medical records into database systems. Candidates with clinical and translational research experience as well as experience administering and managing novel immunomodulatory, cell-based and genetic treatments are desired. Candidates are encouraged to further specialize within the neuromuscular field and will be provided appropriate mentorship.

This is a coordinated search between Stanford and the Arc Institute. The Arc Institute is a nonprofit research organization founded on the belief that many important scientific programs can be enabled by new organizational models. Arc operates in partnership with Stanford University, UCSF, and UC Berkeley, and fully funds its Core Investigators with renewable, eight-year appointments to provide complete freedom to pursue curiosity-driven research agendas at its new research facilities. Arc Institute Core Investigators have their lab space located at Arc Headquarters in the Stanford Research Park in Palo Alto, California.
For this joint appointment, Bioengineering and Arc are conducting independent search processes and candidates will be evaluated and selected by both committees. In addition to research, the successful candidate will participate in all of the clinical activities of the division, including office visits, ART procedures, and reproductive surgery. Responsibilities include providing leadership for the Stanford Stroke Clinic and attending four half-days of stroke clinic per week at Stanford (Palo Alto) on Monday and Friday, and 1-2 stroke clinics/week at Tri-Valley. Inpatient duties will be approximately twelve weeks of inpatient vascular neurology/neurohospitalist service at Tri-Valley and taking home call those weeks on nights/weekends. Acute strokes will be handled separately by our Telestroke service. Clinics will be cancelled during the on-service weeks. This position also includes teaching of Stanford medical students, residents and fellows. Time is provided for research and/or other academic pursuits.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
