# Project Overview:
The ML2 project is the design and construction of a launch platform for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The purpose of ML2, located at Kennedy Space Center (KSC), is to provide a launch platform for the Space Launch System (SLS), an advanced launch vehicle that will fill America's need for deep space missions. ML2 includes many different subsystems that must operate and fit within the constraints of the structure and provide a physical interface with KSC launch sites' ground systems.
# Job Summary:
The Operations Shift Supervisor (OSS) will be responsible for the startup and initial operations for all permanent plant equipment and systems from Commissioning completion until Substantial Completion and handover to the Customer. The OSS will interact directly with Construction and CSU disciplines leads to ensure the plant is ready for startup and that the startup strictly follows the approved procedures for the facility. The successful candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule as required by the project, including but not limited to split shift, nightshift, holidays, and/or weekends. #LI-EH1
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Operate local and control room panels as required.
+ Generate appropriate operating reports.
+ Experience performing electrical and mechanical system lineups for operation.
+ Experience executing and providing input for daily briefings and Plan of the Day meetings.
+ Work with plant operations reporting structures and guidelines.
+ Perform plant walk throughs; observe plant conditions and parameters; document plant operating parameters on shift log sheets and logbooks.
+ Apply personnel protective lockout tagout packages to ensure a safe work environment for operation and maintenance personnel.
+ Participate in system operability walkdowns.
+ Support the planning of operations activities to support efficient operation and maintenance.
+ Operate equipment and systems in accordance with the process design requirements.
+ Implement general plant safety procedures, including handling of hazardous substances, and use of the proper PPE.
+ Identify plant environmental material handling procedures, prevent / mitigate unplanned releases, and respond to developing events to mitigate consequences.
+ Write/enhance procedures for system start up and operation as needed.
+ Ensure team is in strict adherence to published start up procedures and follows management of change for any deviations to procedures.
+ Experience with problem identification and initiation of equipment repair documentation
+ Experience with emergency response activities per plant programs and training (fire, medical, environmental)
+ Isolate equipment in hazardous environments in case of an emergency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all mechanical commissioning and startup efforts for solar energy facilities from pre-functional testing through turnover
- Oversee field execution teams and interface with engineering, construction, and subcontractor personnel
- Develop and manage startup plans, progress tracking tools, and documentation workflows
- Review equipment installation readiness; coordinate alignment, flushing, startup testing, and initial system energization
- Ensure lockout/tagout (LOTO), environmental, and jobsite safety protocols are maintained at all times

- Facilitate closeout, punch list resolution, and turnover package assembly
- Support logistics coordination of startup-related equipment and prefabricated materials from remote facilities or laydown yards

REQUIREMENTS
- Solar plant experience required
- 7–15 years of startup/commissioning experience, preferably on energy infrastructure projects
- Hands-on background with pumps, rotating equipment, line flushing, alignment, vibration testing, and utility-scale system commissioning
- Familiarity with OSHA protocols, environmental compliance, and jobsite safety management
- Comfortable working in a field-based environment with changing site conditions and long project durations
- Proven ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and external contractors

About the Role
MWH is currently seekinga Commissioning & Startup Manager . This position will lead the commissioning and startup of a wastewater treatment plant and future municipal projects. This position will be site based, however future projects may require relocation or significant travel. The ability to travel, including internationally, is required. As part of the Commissioning and Startup team you will be providing commissioning services to allow the company to minimize risks and maximize profits on turnkey and engineering services contracts.
Essential Functions
You will report directly to the Commissioning Director and duties/responsibilities of the role will include:
- Manage execution of commissioning and startup of a water or wastewater plant.
- Maintain Health and Safety levels during the commissioning activities.
- Recognize that Health and Safety considerations are central to all tasks and contribute to ensuring safe working environment for all.
- Report safety issues responsibly and participate in improving practice.
- Develop the commissioning and startup strategy for construction and commissioning sequencing.
- Manage commissioning and startup team of ten or more individuals.
- Provide mentorship, training and professional development for direct reports.
- Work with the project team to read/interpret specifications for commissioning approach.
- Develop commissioning and startup schedule and budget for the respective project.
- Manage the development of written procedures for testing, cleaning and initial startup of major plant equipment and systems.
- Lead the development of commissioning and startup plans.
- Manage client/vendor/subcontractor coordination for the startup of completed systems. Provide training program and materials for process plant equipment.
- Adapt to changing technologies and learn functionality of new equipment and systems.
- Assist in resource planning at project level.
- Manage documentation of the commissioning process, including commissioning data and as built documentation, input to O&Ms and feedback to the design disciplines.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
- Recognize the importance of satisfying the customer as the key to achieving other objectives.
- Participate in the acquisition and storing of business and technical knowledge, and the use of those stored intellectual assets.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology, Business Administration, Science, or other similar field of study.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in commissioning & start-up and plant operations.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience.
- Experience in the water/wastewater industry (or) applicable industrial construction responsibilities.
- Experience in wastewater facilities with treatment capacity of 100MGD or greater.
- Preference will be given to candidates with operations and maintenance and/or commissioning and startup background.
- Familiar with asset management programs (i.e Maximo) for vertical assets.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) Drawings, including the controls, PLC and SCADA, information.
- Proficient in interpreting and understand technical manuals, drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
- Understanding of methods and techniques of maintaining and repairing wastewater plant equipment, machinery and related facilities.
- Experience with operations and maintenance programs at water or wastewater facilities.
- Understanding of occupational hazards and standard safety practices.
- Proficient with Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
- Proficient with use of SharePoint document management
Compensation
- The anticipated salary for this position is $185,000-$225,000/yr, depending on previous experience.

As a Business Startup Specialist, you'll guide warm leads through launching their businesses while consulting on incorporation, business credit, and asset protection services. We offer $3,000-$,000 monthly earning potential through base pay, commission, and bonuses, with no cold calling required and no weekend work. This position will be on-site at our Las Vegas, NV office.
You will
- Receive warm leads daily and guide entrepreneurs through launching their business
- Consult on services including incorporation, business credit development, and asset protection
- Collaborate with legal, credit, and accounting departments to deliver seamless client experiences
- Track progress through our CRM and provide ongoing support to clients
- Possesses at least 2 - 5 years of proven sales experience
- Proficient in fundamental computer and phone operations
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
- Recognized for consistently surpassing sales targets
- Demonstrates outstanding attendance and punctuality
- Driven sales professional committed to career growth
- Strong verbal communication abilities

The base annual compensation for the role is 26,000, but individuals in the role can earn commission on top of their base salary .
