The Project Manager will be responsible for providing support and technical advice to the State in support of their recovery initiatives to include close out of Rental Relief projects.
The Project Manager organizes people and resources toward the effective and efficient pursuit of predetermined objectives (weekly/monthly goals). Lead ad hoc deliverable execution. Facilitate communication between leadership and policy teams up and down to Team Leads.

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor. The general purpose and function of the Site Supervisor encompasses the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client's site.
$26.00 Per Hour
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training all Allied Universal®. personnel assigned to his/her site)
+ Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met
+ Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS
+ Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift

**QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):**
+ Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
+ Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
+ Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
+ Must possess one or more of the following:
+ Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
+ Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
+ Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
+ Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
+ Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
+ Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors

Job Description
This is a entry-level design engineering position that offers a variety of challenging opportunities in Civil/Structural Engineering and will provide an excellent opportunity for career advancement.
+ Support Civil and/or Structural design engineering efforts on multi-disciplined project design team
+ Under supervision, responsible for production of engineering calculations/analyses, design drawings, specifications, and engineering reports. Ensure that calculations and deliverables are technically sound and in accordance with project requirements
+ Apply civil and structural engineering principles to the design and qualification of structures, systems, and components
+ Attend project meetings and perform field walk downs
Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen; Dual citizenship with a country other than the U.S. does not qualify.
Essential skills and experience:
+ Must be able to obtain US Government security clearance
+ BSCE, BSSE, or BSME degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program; MS degree preferred
+ 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in civil and structural engineering
+ Self-motivated, have a strong willingness to learn, be able to work independently as well as with a multi-disciplined team, and have excellent organizational and communication skills
+ Knowledge of the practical application of structural engineering
Valued but not required skills and experience:
+ Fundamentals of Engineering (FE/EIT) certificate
+ Multiple years of experience in a nuclear environment (DOE preferred, commercial or Navy), highly desirable
+ Familiarity with design codes such as ACI, ASCE 7, IBC, and AISC
+ Familiarity with structural analysis software such as ANSYS or SAP2000 or equivalent
+ Field Engineering and Construction Experience
