What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Research, develop, and write federal grant applications; develop and write grant solicitation documents; solicit grant applicants through an open, competitive process; receive grant applications, score applications, rank applications, and approve funding for successful grantees.
  2. Prepare final grant documents that include terms, conditions, scope of work, and payment terms. Finalize approved grant forms and set up required funding structure requests. Track and monitor program budgets and funding.
  3. Evaluate the adequacy and accuracy of financial reports, payment requests, and accompanying documentation submitted by grantees; create federal billings and compare financial information and related documentation contained in the reports with the scope of grant awards and determine appropriateness of expenditures. Prepare required reports and financial draws to satisfy various federal and state requirements.
  4. Provide verbal and written direction to grantees for interpreting statutes, regulations, policies, and procedures governing grants and respond to questions concerning grants from grantees, private citizens, local government agencies, and other community entities.
  5. Analyze existing policies and procedures and recommend technical improvements to program delivery. Draft new or revised policies, procedures, forms, and other documents used in grant activities. Conduct research, write memorandums and reports for program redesign, and develop presentations.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Gather data from various data sets into consumable reports, ensuring the data is accurate and useful.

**Responsibilities**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field OR 5+ related years of experience
+ 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, or business intelligence.
+ Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
+ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, and/or Oracle Analytics Cloud).
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
+ Ability to work with large, complex datasets and ensure data quality.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience supporting healthcare IT systems, preferably Oracle Health (Cerner), Epic, etc.

PCG is hiring a Senior Consultant to lead technical oversight on a public sector state government modernization project while continuing to support building the team and portfolio of projects in our Technology Consulting Practice Area.
This Senior consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for providing expert advice, assistance, and guidance to support a major ERP Migration project and ensure all project requirements are met. The Sr. Consultant will lead the work with the support of the project team to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services to the ERP migration project. Direct responsibility for the system and stage gate level assessment deliverables and work products produced along with the team. These deliverables and work products will be completed in accordance with our practice area's overall strategy, approach, and methodology. The consultant ensures all assessments and deliverables are high-quality and comprehensive, providing meaningful insights into the ERP Migration project in all dimensions. The consultant must be in SC, GA, or NC.
Broad experience in selected industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, education, etc.), technical competencies (e.g., technical writing, cloud/SaaS services, industry-leading ERP software products ), and management approaches (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) are required.
Project Delivery -
+ Proactively solve complex client problems from pursuit through execution using a consultative mindset.
+ Anticipate issues and blockers proactively.
+ Identify and surface patterns to peers and leadership about the root causes of problems.

+ Excellent writing skills and ability to make presentations to various audiences.
