We work to ensure that those who have served or are currently serving our communities receive the critical care and support they need during times of crisis. Position Summary:

As a State Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing local events that raise awareness, engage the community, and support our mission. You’ll work closely with volunteers, partners, and leadership to ensure successful event operations and help expand our impact within your state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate awareness events, fundraisers, memorial walks/runs, resource fairs, and community outreach initiatives across the state.
• Identify and secure venues, vendors, guest speakers, and volunteers for events.
• Work with the communications team to promote events via social media, local media, and community networks.
• Serve as a local liaison for the organization, building relationships with veteran groups, first responder agencies, and community partners.
• Track event outcomes, feedback, and participation to help improve future events.
• Ensure all activities align with the organization’s mission, safety standards, and branding guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Passion for supporting veterans, first responders, and mental health causes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in event planning, volunteer coordination, or community outreach (preferred but not required).

Psychologist/Clinical - Nebraska State Penitentiary (Open)

Assist in the development, establishment, implementation and evaluation of psychological and other mental health services for various populations as needed. Provide clinical consultation to mental health staff. May assist the Mental Health Director in the supervision of other non-licensed psychologists, students and other mental health practitioners. Provide training to other mental health and correctional staff as needed.

• Maintain and complete paperwork, reports and other documentation according to policy and as needed and required.
• Maintain current Nebraska licensure.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: Must be licensed to practice psychology in the state of Nebraska.

Preferred Qualifications: Completed required APA accredited clinical internship. Supervisory experience with psychological and other mental health professionals. Forensic experience. Experience working with incarcerated individuals. Experience working with major mental illness populations. Experience assessing inmates convicted of sexual offenses. Experience testifying in Mental Health Board Hearings. Experience working on multi-disciplinary teams. Experience in administration of psychological tests. Bilingual English/Spanish desired and assessed.

Other: License eligible candidates may be considered if actively pursuing licensure to become fully licensed as a Clinical Psychologist within a period not to exceed 2 years from date of hire. Proof of licensure and transcripts required upon acceptance of a job offer. Must submit to a security background check. As a Public Sector Strategy team member in Crowe’s Consulting Practice , your role will be focused on helping clients resolve business needs to improve operating performance, use of technology, delivery of customer experiences and/or management decision making. Projects in this role could include business process consulting/reengineering, organizational change management, project management support, technology assessments, financial analysis, municipal advisory, data analysis, and functional assistance implementing new technology systems that enable clients to improve the performance of their organizations. Typical project responsibilities could include process mapping, data and requirements gathering and analysis, client meeting facilitation support, preparing and supporting presentations, project management support, change management, business process analysis, strategic planning, and financial analysis. Projects in this role could also be structured around the finance and regulatory compliance needs of state and local governmental organizations in the areas of public finance (municipal advisory, budgeting & forecasting, financial management, arbitrage rebate liability calculations and verification services) or rate and feasibility studies.

**The Role**
As a highly technical and hands-on position, the Sr Engineer will be supporting the Public Sector Solution Integration team and its specialized customers. Responsible for leading and participating in multiple team environments and providing independent efforts to all aspects of system integration including design, needs analysis, design review, testing, implementation, and validation.
**The Main Responsibilities**
-Recommends optimized solutions to support current and long-range planning and collaborates with project team leads in the selection, recommendation, and approvals of tools and technologies to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction.
-Create and maintain reports for patch compliance and system audit data.
-Participate in ongoing operational projects.
-Provide recommendations for system automation.

**What We Look For in a Candidate**

-5+ years of experience in reporting status and recommendations for improvements to either federal government or commercial leadership. Develop and implement patch management methodologies using various automation toolsets.
Demonstrated ability to work in a consultative manner with others, i.e., establish rapport, interview/fact-find, define requirements, present options/recommend solutions, follow-up, and customer-focused behavior.
