The Registered Nurse performs direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities

Provides basic level of patient care and treatments. Assists with obtaining vital signs, documents chief complaint and all actions taken. Alerts physician of problems/concerns/abnormalities.
