**PURPOSE:**
To verify store order case counts, research and report discrepancies, and recap audit results for weekly
reports. To perform cycle counts in home slot locations and reserves.
**PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:**
· Verify total case count and specific items, assembled by warehouse assemblers to store invoice
· Reconciles physical and financial inventories
· Report discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisor
· Recap audit results for weekly reporting
· Compares and reconciles physical inventory cycle counts to those maintained in the inventory system
· Completes appropriate research to determine cause as to why pallets cannot be slotted by the inventory system
· Completes necessary system maintenance to ensure accurate inventory accountability
· Completes warehouse case maintenance, i.e. physically measuring case dimensions, verifying slot
heights and performing necessary computer entries
· Makes entries for store returns and printing of various warehouse related reports
**SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB:** (Physical demands outlined on attached PAR sheet)
· Possess ability to work with minimum supervision, good organizational skills and attention to detail
· Possess good math skills, figure aptitude and 10-key calculator skills
· Possess good oral and written communication skills, both with co-workers and over the telephone
with outside and company personnel
· Stamina for working in a warehouse environment
· Temperatures in the warehouse vary between -5 to 70 degrees. Noise levels in all areas are within
acceptable tolerance ranges for those specific work areas. Ear plugs are available upon request.
· Work is performed under typical warehouse conditions. Potential hazards exist regarding
machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, mechanized systems, movement of tractors and trailers,
etc. Work environment is hectic and fast paced.
**WORKING CONDITIONS:**
· Work is performed in varying conditions; warehouse environment, warehouse temperatures ranging
from -20 degrees through ambient outside temperatures over 80 degrees and temperature controlled
office environment

The Inventory Clerk II position is responsible for proper control of all incoming and outgoing inventory for the site, as well as mail, supplies and packages that arrive on site. **Essential Job Functions**

**Role Summary:**
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for inventory-related functions; this includes generating purchase requestions and cycle counts, following up on delivery of parts, scheduling orders to meet customer request dates, and leading the morning accountability meetings. The Inventory Control Coordinator will work with a cross-functional team to ensure parts arrive at the facility just in time (JIT).

+ Will also be responsible for the proper handling and storage of all items, be it Customer property or Flowserve stock.
+ Apply in depth proficiency in running all inventory reports in support of daily operations as required. Reconcile the cycle count daily.
+ Communicate on the status of orders and assist in tracking shipments until delivery is completed. Ensure changes in order status are communicated in a timely manner and assist in trouble-shooting order issues to maintain on-time delivery.
+ Closely monitor PO due dates and expedite the status of PO deliveries.
+ Maintain and replenish stocks for consumables.
+ Work independently, manage time effectively, and be well organized to handle a high-volume workload.
+ Majority of the workload is ordering parts from other internal facilities and outside vendors and creating production orders for parts to be manufactured.
